This shows the truce negotiation when Whiterun is in Stormcloak control. Elenwen is kicked out, so Tullius accuses the dragonborn of unfairness, but each side gets something in the talks. If Elenwen is allowed to stay, Ulfric says the dragonborn has betrayed Skyrim, but is not as upset if he gets the Reach in exchange for Riften. "Season Unending," the old Nord term Evgir Unslaad, is a prophecy of a time of "war unending."
