Weight fluctuates lots, so unless it stays up for the whole week, I wouldn't worry about it. It's winter here, so no peaches, and I admit, as much as I am not a fan of our Aussie summers, I do miss peaches! Yum!
Oh wow, snap! I made a cucumber dill salad for lunch tody! Mayo instead of yogurt because I am lactose intolerant, but still delicious! And that dinner looks AMAZING. I've never tried steaming a meat dish like that. I'm going to have to try it now!
You know, I think if you're loving where you're at, it might be really good to tackle the next bit- maintenance. I think a lot of people overlook this step! It's so important to spend a good amount of time convincing your body that this is your permanent weight. Use an online calculator to work out the correct calorie allowance for your current weight and exercise level, and stick with it, for as long as you can. If your weight goes back up, reduce the calorie load down just a bit. It actually takes a WHILE to make sure this is your permanent weight. Watch it closely for a good three months. Skipping maintenance is what makes your weight eventually go back up, so stick with it! Good luck. And also, you've done so well for 48 days! That's amazing! Congratulations. I hope you are very proud of yourself.

I did a google search and it suggested that it’s best to eat 3 or less eggs. If you have Pcos and struggle losing weight, don’t bother eating it. Other forms of protein will be better.
Doing great! I eat 6 eggs on most days so I'd say your egg intake was fine. And as far as whether to keep going, all up to you, if you're happy then increase calories to move into maintenance. Otherwise keep going because you're doing great!
I know people's weight isn't something of my business but I would just like to say that you are already at a very healthy weight considering your age I'd say your are around 5'4 so that's an amazing weight to be at for such height Just my opinion hope u take it to heart

Olive oil may be high in calories, but so is every food oil. Olive oil is actually a healthier choice, because it contains many nutrientional benefits and healthy fats 🤓 There is no need to cut out specific foods, anything can be eaten in a diet in MODERATION 👍
It’s best to only weight yourself once a week. Small fluctuations are normal. You sometimes consume more water or less, depending on how much you drink and eat. Also hormones cause women to have additional weight fluctuations. Also the amount you poop is different.
