Very nice video, I am from Bogotá, and even though it seems you spent little time in the city you managed to do plenty for such a short time, most tourist don't even venture out of the Candelaria district. El Chato is great, on the high end I suggest Leo Cocina y Cava, it is unique! For a authentic Colombian food experience as you could find at a Colombia home I suggest Doña Elvira, usually only locals. And never, never put the rice inside the Ajiaco, if you like the capers and the milk cream they go into the soup, you can also put some aji casero (hot sauce) in it. Harry Sasson has very simple but tasty dishes also worth the visit.
