I’ve experienced the game crashing consistently when entering Lon Lon ranch and can’t find a way to fix the issue. Has anyone had issues completing the game on switch?
Just wanted to leave this quick fix here for any people as stupid as me with the same issue. If I find anymore issues with fixes, I'll probably edit this comment in the future, who knows. Black Rupees: You need to enable Enhancements > Graphics > Enable 3D dropped items/projectiles. The rupees should be their natural color afterwards.
Great vid. My wife & I both still play orcarina of time on the 64. My mom got it for me when I was a teenager. I’m surprised both the console and cartridge still work. I have version 1.0. I also own it for the 3ds. Looking to get a 3dsxl in the future. But yeah 👍🏽 I really enjoyed this vid peace ✌🏽
Using a branch of CitraVR that the community has reworked from the broken latest update which has left the project abandoned, you can play games in Citra on Quest 3 for wireless 3DS emulation in mixed reality so you can still see your real environment, and the games ACTUALLY run in 3D
Been playing this on the ps1 classic with a usb n64 generic controller. Being able to remap buttons, able to play just like the original system, was tempted on that one n64 I seen with the 2 front buttons. Though I also got a Brawler64 yet to test, doubtful it could work on there
3DS character pack is now outdated and is merged into the 3DS experience texture pack, plus a new adult and child 3DS Link is available plus an ai upscale which is a separate mod
What😂 just duckstation ps1 version. Don't need to go through all these hopes for worse quality. Then again if going pc might as well get pc version lol
I don't know if the rumble pak works for this version, but if not, the other PC port we got it working with a specific adapter. I just can't do the fishing minigame without rumble. Open ocarina of time
@@thecarrieshot6411 for fishing and because rumble triggers at certain parts of the game where without rumble you'll have no feedback that anything is there
MM3D is just a remaster, not a remake. All Nintendo did was give Grezzo the N64 source code and they updated that for the 3DS release. A true remake R&Ds a game from the ground up, not reuse an entire code base of the original game and poorly update the code with jank fixes to patch out the old glitches. The only new content are bosses and an extra quest, which accounts for maybe 5% of the game, when everything else is copy/pasted from the source. Come on dude, people knew this the day it released.
I call it a remake because Nintendo and wikipedia call it that. You have good points, but i personally do think it's a remake aswell. They remade all the geometry, textures, models, music, sound, changed mechanics, changed bosses etc. It is true they used the original code base, but it's not as simple as using the N64 based C code on a 3ds. I'm very confident in the fact that they had to change a lot of the code to get to the product that was released.
I followed the steps exactly and I hit an error saying that I need to relaunch ship of harkinian while in "full-memory" mode. I do not know what that means
the pc port in incredible by all means, but the work that henriko puts into his emulation texture packs is astounding. any time i think of playing an older nintendo title, I have to check to see if he’s done a pack on it yet
