Some people like games like me. Others like that Christmas tree look. Cards used to not gave rgb at all. I miss that. I love my xfx card and thats all that matters. I respect others opinions because they dont interfere with mine. I do think it is funny however that people do want leds/rgb especially when it blows up the price. I paid less than 900. I could get a liquid cooler that works that makes it look better or again just plug in my christmas tree.

I have the same motherboard as you, do you have problems removing gpus from it? My bracket release seems to have broken and my GPU won't come out any suggestions?
@@Top3Entertainment it's to its max. There is no room to keep pressing and the GPU is still locked in. I'm probably going to have to contact Asus customer support. Big joke they are. This should be fun.
your using the worst kind rgb software, just get yourself OpenRGB nd you will be able to synch all your rgb, with much better rgb effects nd more control.
Does velocity x need to run at startup and stay running in the background to keep the RGB settings? Or can you just set it and uninstall like you can with some others? I just want to get rid of the rainbows in my PC without having to run crappy bloatware. 😩 When i built my PC i tried to avoid all RGB but options were limited so i ended up with rgb on my ram and graphics card.
@@jryanr2010 but I can change the colors it just I cannot make it switch colors like from red to blue to green etc so it’s just solid colors. I just figured out how to change the colors lol but I can’t make it switch colors and all that
I think I have that graphics card it’s refurbished though but I can’t figure out how to get the rgb to work I built my pc like a year ago lol I just didn’t know it does this until now I though mine just had the white light just because it’s like that can you tell me how to get the colors on the graphics card?

@@Top3Entertainment Well, your video inspired me to find a solution for the lack of RGB control into my video card. I found the solution but it wasn't so much intuitive. All PNY softwares NOT work, I tried all versions available, and also reinstalled Windows OS guessing it could be some kind of garbage. Solution: Download from manli (WTF?) the Turboengine software (!??!?!) Doing it I was able to control the RGB as expected. How I came to this? I have an eight pen GPU but a 16 pin pay connector it’s connected to the 8 pin I was wondering if I could plug in the 16 pin into the psu and the 8 pin into the gpu

I wanted to let you know that you were *right:* the lettering on the backplate IS all *black.* Not that I doubted *you* personally, but after searching high and low for pictures of that backplate on the Internet, I kept finding _both_ white and black 'Merc' lettering in 6950 XT (RX-695XATBD9) product listings (at Amazon, NewEgg, Microless, etc). Thank you *SO* much for posting this video. 🙏🏼 After I watched it the first time, I found this bad boy at AMZN (for $499! 😲) and grabbed one up for a build I'm working on. I doubt that it's the actual 'Black' version, which is what it says in the listing (I think the 'Merc' logo on it is white instead), but I *don't* care: it cost me less than HALF of the original MSRP for this card, and it performs better + costs less than the *RX 7900 GRE* I had me eye on. The pictures in the listing don't actually show the backplate, but googling the model number from the Amazon listing (RX-695XATBD9) leads to the XFX product website, which actually pictures white lettering on the backplate. Also, I noticed that while it has 'Black' in blue lettering on *your* Merc's box, the same lettering in these other pictures is in red. So I dunno. But like I said earlier, I don't care: I got me a STEAL of a DEAL. 😁 Thanks again. 👍🏼
Hello Jerry thank you for the great Video. I have a question. I am having issues with the 3 pin cable, it flickers when is connected to the mother board. I removed it and it stopped. Do you think it has to do with the software?
I dont understand why people always talks about benchmarks, you can find them in all the internet. More important is quality of cards. how it is build, is materials good. is it loud card? does have it extra noise, like coil sound . compare quality wiht other cards not looks :D price quality ratio ..... this would be more value info than benchmarks. 10 fps in games wont effect you. but bad quality will. :)
I love the simple design. I don't need my pc shining all the colors of the rainbow. However my only problem with this card (and it's a dealbreaker for me) is the size. It's huge and won't fit in my case and I don't want to buy a new case.
@@ivanbondarchuk9360 you can put a rma request with sapphire but I think you have to go through the store in Poland you bought it from and do it through them
