Every ship of the World is raising her Country of Registration Flag on the stern, and the Sovereign Country Flag on the middle mast. This means that this cruise ship it is owned by a Chinese Company, but for various reasons, like Sea Law, Taxation, easiness of international cruises, etc, she is registered in Panama. The Flag doesn't have to be flying on international waters, but must be raised and fly, every time is needed to declare in witch country the ship is registered. Usually captains leave the Flag on the stern to fly all the time, but it's not obligatory. They can fly the Flag when other ships are passing by, or any other reason that needs information of registry. As for the middle mast Flag, it's an international custom, for every ship, floating the sea of another Sovereign Country to raise and fly the Flag of the Host Country of visit, to pay Honor, and to declare that from now on she obeys the Laws of the Sea of this particular Sovereign Country.
I lived in China for many years and I am very happy to see that China has become super modernized at a space age level. It seems that the money they have they are using for the right things.💯🏆
I've been to a few airports, I've never seen anything like this before. The Chinese could put it underwater or on Mars and make it work somehow. Amazingly organized.
I stayed in room like this for a few hours at the DFW airport in the US. it was more of a large closet with a TV and pull out couch without a restroom. Couldn’t sleep mostly because I could still hear every flight announcement like it was being piped directly in the room.
This white elephant project is solely used by travellers between HK and Macau, for goods transport, drivers prefer another bridge north of the border opened months ago because it saves time and money. Yet many people still use ferries for travelling between HK and Macau.
Better spent the taxpayer's money used to facilitate for publics, it's 100x far more better spent the taxpayer's money and wasted citizens life to war and invade others countries.
