must say this game has the ugliest planes, feels like a cheap lidl quality copy of 80's SCIFI, might want to look into properly design them ;P otherwise game is 10/10. wtf is up with the gunship XD ? looks like an old heli with its rotors removed... not to mention the rest. All the other vehicles look so good but these just look like store bought assets that got reskined.
Ah old mini dayz, the game where its been sadly abandoned by its developers but not by the community. The community of the game still is alive and is the one that makes updates for the game...kind of, anyway. By updates i would more say, different versions with reskins, sound changes, map changes, different textures and etc. Also, to those unaware, there was a Plus version made by one of the devs (Cannedbits) that stayed with the game for as long as he could till he of course parted ways for reasons. There is also a bunch i havent mentioned, like upcoming different versions of the game and a "successor" in reddit.
Fun fact. l.o.n which is based off of real world P.M.C Blackwater, did mostly humanitarian and protective/guard or escort operations, and not combat operations. Blackwater also never lost a single objective that they were contracted with protecting and or aiding.
Id love to see improved pathfinding with the wheeled vehicles like the armored cars. Whenever i try to order a cluster of units (especially and type of car) to move somewhere, it turns into a monster truck rally of cars trampleing each other to get to the point. It would be cool if they did it like how empire at war does where the units automatically take a formation when going to the same place.
And whats more important for 2024, continue nerv units, weapons, vehicles and sights more into the ground as ever bevore. You had fun with weapons and tech before? Well, we have to change that. It was a good game at the start but with all that 'ballancing' changes for the special part from the community it is only boring crap. Imagine Bohemia would change ArmA in that way.
