Fantastic! I teach a regular chair yoga class and this was great inspiration and insight into some key variations for neck and shoulders. Thank you! Looking forward to more videos :)
Thank you Margaret for your positive feedback. Do make sure you check out the other videos from WheelPower to help keep you active over the Winter months
Thanks Nina, these are super. I've used a wheelchair in the past, wish I'd had them then, now these classes are still useful for dealing with Long Covid fatigue and dizziness which mean a mat class isn't always suitable.
This was amazing thank you.... I'm disabled not in wheelchair, hut have hip and back disability walk with walker this really helped with my shoulder that really hurts and my arms hurt so much this relieved the tension really appreciated this this helps will be doing this more

I am a sport science student who is interested in parasports, particularly wheelchair rugby. I've got a few questions for you or anyone watching who is quadriplegic and is willing to share their experiences. When you say 'there's nothing going on down there' is that because of paralysis? How do spasms affect your ability to workout and are they bad enough to stop a session? What are the three hardest challenges when it comes to exercising? Do you know your classification and what is it? Finally, What equipment can't you use and what is your preferred method of adding resistance? Many thanks to anyone who answers and good luck with your fitness journeys.
