I know its been almost 11 years but i have to do this. THIS VIDEO CANNOT BE MORE WRONG. the thief vault is the same as the lazy vault, only that u use the opposite leg. they're both meant to be used while running parallel to the obstacle, but you can also do them while going perpendicular to it. please watch LaFlair. He actually knows how to teach this. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-z0KY7XM9g_o.html
plank "this move is hard" it says, its fking easy xD i can do it 2 minutes atleast, pushups is what i need, its hard push your boy up when wall climbing if you know XD
For tougher planks which will work the core even further, slowly move your arms forward. The further forward they are, the harder your core will have to work to keeps itself straight
***** He wrote like that on purpose, I could write like sh*t on purpose just watch, BEUIFTASGPIDFUBVILASBVAROUVBGDFARUPABVGUIPDVGFAYLDOOPVGFPAISBDVOIAVGUIPBIVAOPIGASGFV, I've proved my point.
The reason they're good in parkour might be because they did parkour for awhile which then strengthens their muscles and stamina without them realizing. If you come to parkour you can call it a workout for every single muscle on your body since you use them all while jumping from wall to wall, climbing buildings or jumping over obstacles. Hope this helped.
Matthew Holmes ok then, I know people who Don't do Workout for SHIT, and I mean their like a muscle machine you know why? They do Parkour, When you jump your Abs support you which puts pressure on them making them grow if you repellently jump in a day or over a week or even Longer, Same goes for your Upper muscles, Hey Im pulling myself up a Brick wall, Using my hands D: and that strengthen's my muscles oww shit I didn't know that? Pulling yourself up a wall Can even be called ' A heavy lifting Workout ' if you do it over 10-20 times I mean your body mass + Gravity pulling you down thats some fudging weight and if you keep doing it your muscles will and do grow. Yea at the start you may be shit and cant even pull yourself up so you think to yourself ' I gotta start working out ' That is true, but if you live in a city or you go to school or even just ' Minding your business in the internet and using your hands to move something ' its something you will defiantly stumble upon and yea in school you will have to carry a bag which will weight probably around 2-4kg's? yea that's fine, did you know that 1kg of a weight can build a proper muscle on your hand? even, So I have acual never done any training in my life until I turned 12, Yea 12 was the day I decided to do boxing, I still workout, but I hang out with parkour people as-well at school even on my time off from time to time, I'm still young currently 15years old, I may not know much but I read allot of stuff on the internet I look at the news and stuff like that, I ( did ) parkour as-well when I was 13, yea I did I was jumping over obstacles climbing sheds since I couldn't do shit for a house couldn't climb them, and after I did like 3-4months of it I saw my muscles are developing even more after I did parkour, Yea right now I am 15years old bla bla bla in-experience shit, but when it comes to building muscle and stuff like that I am pretty knowledgeable, Currently for my own workout I do the following - 1. 60seconds warming up using skip roping. 45minutes of skip roping every 5minutes I do Intense skip roping for 5minutes and continue that cycle. 2. After skip roping your body releases hormones which make you lose fat faster and so you burn the food you ate faster making you fit ( maybe not fit straight away but if you keep doing this with a normal diet yea dud muscles. ) 3. I go home into my room and I don't know until I didn't buy weights or anything, I grabbed tons of Books and shit I saw some guy doing once and put them all in my bag and using my bag as a weight, Now I have weights so I use them. 4. I am happy I have muscles I help my dad out with his work from time to time which includes carrying around stuff weighting over 100kgs once I had to carry 20bags down around 60steps up and down one bag at a time and the bag itself weighted around 32kgs, and you will feel your muscles acting up. Tips for back muscle I find Back muscle really hard to train since I don't really care about my back muscles and only use one workout for them. 1. I lay down the floor putting my hands straight infront of my head and my legs straight behind me. 2. I lift them a little bit of the ground ( legs and hands ) also your hand should be in a fist position and your thumb held straight up. 3. I move my hand up and down ( I have no clue how to explain it here but you move your hands kind of like your flying ) 4. after your hands reach your legs you hold your legs up and hands and hold that position for 3seconds and you do the same when moving up. 5. Dont put your legs nor hands down always keep them up. Sorry if that explanation sucked but hey nothing is perfect right?
Hey guys. Fantastic vid. My bro was once a fatty. He went from 279lbs of fat to 211lbs of natural muscle mass. We think it is unbelievable! I just subscribed personally because I'm going to expand my build. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)...
If feet are held down during sit ups then you're using more quads and hip flexors which make it easier... Never touch the floor with your back or you'll increase the risk of hernia...
1:24 in the guy is doing press ups, press ups do NOT work the biceps, Biceps are used for pulling, not pushing and there fore he is using his Triceps...
are you serious those are pushups not pressups and they work mostly triceps and chest you don't even feel your biceps tired when you work hard its in your triceps
