@@thatdieselgang each component added needs to be programmed in so it can be utilized properly, else you dont use it to its full potential. But if your tuner did the mapping before dyno then aight.
hi there was looking at doing this swap but with a 335d but happy to go 330d if its tooo hard but did you have to fabricate engine mounts or use other bmw engine mounts from like an e60 or something?
@@kieranm3471 Yeah mate there’s about an inch gap at the bottom of the windscreen. I wasn’t happy with it so I’ve reverted back to the 1 series dash for now until I work out a way to finesse it
Which type/size hybrid turbo U have? 2265,2565? Because I have 310Hp with my stock turbo. With hybrid one U shoud have much more that 324,amybe 350-360hp 🤔
That's a really good job you have done. I reckon with the Hybrid Turbo and some tweaks that's a 4.5-4.8 second 0-60mph and amazing overtaking. Good luck.
Im sorry dont wanna be mean but that car doesnt go better than stock Mine goes 5.2 0-100 13.4s 1/4 mile and its around 290 hp Tho it was goin 6.4 then we saw gas flap was always on 60% open so we opened and turnd off with software @@thatdieselgang
@@omerbarkoci9547 whoever has told you that is talking nonsense as I know multiple different people with the same box running anything from 700nm-900nm with no issues. It will depend on your (engine map) and also how your box has been maintained and serviced too. I asked for my map to limit torque to 750nm 🤙🏾
How much you spent and could you make a video where you describe all the issues for swapping? For eg. Sensors, control unit, lambdas, speedometer (someone told me it has to be replaced with the 330d one and something could not work)
I’m gonna make a video covering the costs etc. well it’s all running correctly now so as far as sensors and issues went, they were all sortable and had fairly simple solutions 👊🏾
@@thatdieselgang deffo, love a good diesel, especially a big 6 cyl. Cross that bridge when we get there though, getting quoted 17k for insurance on a 1.4 Corsa atm! 🙁

@@ultimatereviewshow8367 yeah I always loved the e92 shape so I had no doubts which shape I was going for. Mines a pre lci but I’ve put the lci rear lights on so it makes it look abit better. As far as the paddles go I think you can change them for lci too and I plan to 👌🏾
Probably the sweet spot for power without spending a shit ton of money now, literally for any more power your gonna need a R90 pump, injectors, better hybrid turbo and now I believe if you push anymore power your gearbox will start slipping in few months or weeks so you’d be looking around £2000-3000 just to get more power which in my eyes isn’t really needed.
