Sauce is not the best in everyone’s opinion. He is very good, but also has become beatable. He has allowed 7 catches on 10 targets this year and he shies away from tackling. Nevertheless, there are no true lockdown corners in the league right now. You don’t shadow Justin Jefferson with sauce without safety help over the top. If you try that 1v1 you throw to him literally every time. JJettas is just that good. He will win more than he loses… and if you try to double him with safety help over top, you leave Addison and/or Nailer with single man coverage… Addison is an elite route runner and Nailer is nicknamed Speedy… these guys eat up man coverage. And if you scheme zone to make up for their ability to gain separation, then we simply have the best play calling HC in the game and KO will kill your zone… on top of that we have one of the best receiving RBs coming out of the backfield… or the slot… or out wide… the jets simply don’t have the personnel to stop this passing offense unless their pass rush is incredibly effective… good luck.
The biggest threat to the Texans, is the Texans. They have the highest penalties in the NFL, which is a complete drive killer. CJ is carrying the team on his back 3rd and long every other 1st down. Mainly shooting themselves in the foot with pre snap penalties. Tank is healthy and active. We had a back up center that was getting in Mixon’s way against the Bears btw. The oline has even spoken on how much juice Mixon gives them because his encouragement and motivation is infectious.
