It depends on size more than age. But typically around 3 years. Some breeders power feed snakes to get them to grow faster but I like to feed normally and doing so takes about 2 1/2 to 3 years.
As a European, the sizes of most terrariums recommended by Americans feels off to me. For a grown single crested gecko, all German sites quote a MINIMUM size of 50x50x80 cm - so 19″ x 19″ x 31″ - which is pretty much this one at 18″ x 18″ x 36″

I’m assuming you are not familiar with the bioactive enclosures or reptile keeping in general. But once it’s fully dry it is completely safe (even for fish in a pond). This enclosure is a bio active enclosure. So it is its own little eco system. The gecko along with living plants, bugs, etc… has been in there for a while and is doing fantastic!
