it's just like peacefully sleeping in the womb of our mother, and then suddenly waking up with the spotlights of life directed at us. Men are also born into the world with a new light that illuminates their path in every moment, much like a snake hatching from its egg. That is the only time I think the snakes are cute. I only watch these with my 6 year old, he loves snakes so much. It is his dream to have one, but first I need to get over my fear of them or he needs to have his own house 😂.
The egg that went bad was the egg sitting up and outside of the clutch and then you seperated it at first. She must have know something was wrong with it.
I think mom knew that that egg was not going to make it as it was not wrapped up in her coils when you removed her at the beginning. It might have looked good but it was definitely not going to make it, most egg laying creatures will remove or entirely destroy/get rid of bad eggs, sad it was only three days into incubation

It kind of looked like from the beginning that the mother knew her egg was infertile or something wasnt right and kind of left it out of the coils while warming the other eggs. Kinda of likd when they lay slugs and push them off to the side from time to time.
when a snake hatches early because of heat, is that a bad thing? do they get deformities or are not as large as ones that hatch around the normal time and temperature?
my understanding is that the longer the incubation, typically the larger the snake gets before hatching, but many snakes have a wide range of "safe" hatching temps. deformities can happen due to various issues including temperature, but I think thats more about fluctuations. so its not a bad thing, as long as the temps are within the range for the species.
Wow. I've been watching these types of videos for 2 days now, so I'm almost the farthest thing from an expert. You let the egg roll! That's why it went bad. Like what are you even doing? Are you just an amateur starting out?
An egg rolling won’t cause it to go bad. The mother rolls them around quite a bit before settling on them. The egg needs to be in an inverted position for quite a while before it can cause any damage. The embryo will move about for the first few hours inside the egg before fixing itself to the shell.

Snakes do not bond with their young. So it doesn’t impact her negatively at all. In fact it gets her eating again after fasting while gravid. Additionally the survival rate is higher when I incubate the eggs in the incubator!
No he doesn’t he’s a breeder he finds them good homes. Just cause you would do something doesn’t mean others would, this is his job he gets paid that’s the aim
