It’s okay I stopped making my sourdough too because you end up eating way more bread thinking that it is “better” since you made it. I will Not be starting that again, as a treat I will purchase it from small bakery pay a premium But won’t be back to eating a half loaf a day.
Hey there! Thanks so much! Help though. I don't remember mentioning nonfat yogurt. If I did, I want to be sure to pin a comment correcting it. Can you give me the timestamp for it? Thank you! 😊🥰
To make the whipped ranch dip, can you provide the amount of cottage cheese you use per packet of dry ranch powder? And also, do you really like this and how is the taste?
I linked the video where I made this in the description, but I just used 16 oz cottage cheese to one packet of seasoning mix and then blend well. And yes!! I love it!! But I also love cottage cheese too. I had a couple girls at work try it though and they thought it was regular dip.
I don't know that it's a list. You just scan it and it's based on the nutrition facts. It's similar to calorie trackers. With all of them, there are some things the app doesn't recognize, so you have to take a picture of the nutrition facts so it can be added. It's been rare that I've had to do that though.
Bulking up with zero points means basically adding nutrient dense foods like veggies to a meal. The zero point foods are the nutrient dense ones. Most people actually don't eat enough zero point foods and end up not eating enough.
What the heck do you think the zero point foods are for…? You’re supposed to eat more of them so you’re full and eat less of the points with food. You seem confused on how the system works.
