I am also interested to have recommendations for CSA exam. I am also interested to know how you hide and open the navigation to get more real estate. I have not been able to find how to do that. So this program for apprenticeships will pay you to continue learning Service Now. But first they want you to get CSA certified. As far as I can tell it’s $300 is there any way to get a voucher
Please explain what are the real benefit of ServiceNow- CMDB for those clients that dont have ITOM Visibiliy nor ServiceMapping, the most they have is a simple 3rd party HAM SAM horizontal tool.
Im 31 yrs old, till now im in Non-IT domain. Now i want to switch to IT domain. If I learn and get knowledge in servicenow developer or servicenow admin, will i get the job at this age or difficult to enter in IT field? Plz suggest
