I am a gear head. I love to ride anything that makes me smile but mostly I am into bikes. I can't get enough of them. if it has 2 wheels, I wanna ride it! I will be posting some videos of the bikes I build, ride and wrench on. I am new to video editing and honestly I'd rather spend my time turning wrenches or riding instead of sitting in front of the computer smashing my head off the table trying to edit videos.
I just noticed how "unmatched" The windshield looks compared to the powdercoat in this video. It definitely looks a lot better in person. Matches awesome. Especially out in the sun. .
Buying a new Vaquero late next year (2025) will most likely be a 2023 model as I'm not too fond of the blue colour of the 2024. May even go with a 2025 model if there are significant upgrades and the colour is nice? I used to ride the 2005 Honda VTX 1800n so I need another monster so the 'Big 3' mods are going to be the first priority. I LIKE ALL your mods except I'm going to go with a daymaker main light and running lights ! It is guys like you that make videos like this that get the word out about how good this bike really is (after mods). Thank You. Ride safe.
Uncle Robb Wes here in Minnesota land of the lakes ( and not snow currently) lol say what is the deal with the cats I’m interested in the package for the right number and reason. I’ve also got a few things willing to throw in if interested. Reach out at your earliest brother and let is know of we can make something happen. Thanks
Only thing i don’t like about the wolverine is it’s a pia to change the belt you have to remove almost the whole interior and yes i know about the 10 year warranty. I’ve also heard of people breaking the belt well before that . i was looking at buying a used one now not so sure especially if you blow belt out on the trail
You get a lot of bike for cheap that’s why I’m seriously considering this bike. Cause HD sheeeesh some of those baggers are worth as much as my truck and this is coming from a guy who rides a dyna
Love the bike man. Currently on an 05 Vegas premium with 41k. Basically stock just a stage 1 kit. This would be a hell of an upgrade. Got some convincing to do haha
Sidenote: the only issue I can see with the 17in wheels + giant front rotor is narrow/rocky trails beating it up/bending it under extreme circumstances. Other than that.... senddd itttt!
I bought the 2022 model and have over 3,000 km already and totally love it no break down or issue other than flats tire but i do go on rough trail a lots of rock and creek Xing
Such a sick bike 😎 Ive got a '21 & im slowly working my way through the mods. "Big 3" was the first. Should ALWAYS be the first. Looking at 11" JSR Apes soon & Corbin seat maybe on the latter half of the '23 season. Really like their options to customize upholstery
And just assume 1st throttle air screw rotate 5 time and 2nd throttle screw rotate 3 time but liquid are similar it's means dual throttle rpm are similar?? Plz reply
Hell yeah, you've got a nice ride in this video. I'm looking into buying this bike as an upgrade and your video has helped me see the potential it has. You did a great job Thanks for the video, love your bike.
Engine oil. Use 12mm hose for oil reservoir and 6mm for carb connection (6-12mm reducer). Fill under 1/4 of the 12mm hose length, so in case of one carb sucking too much, air will "bubble" within 12mm hose keeping all oil out of the engine ;) Thinner oil = easier to bubble. 0w30 will do well ;) Or just use your old engine oil. You can also make suction-proof bottle combo, but hose is easier. If you really worry about sucking oil into engine, use longer hose (+1m of 12mm) and add check valves ;)
Thank god you showed up on my YT front page. I’ve had my VN1700 since release in 2011. And I couldn’t find anyone online who changed the back lights. And you did showing me it’s possible to get rid of those HORRID back lights.
