As a foreigner, you can’t buy land or a house in Malawi. How did you do this? What’s your advice to go about? Also, on what permit can you move to Malawi?
Non-citizens with a valid residence permit have the same rights as citizens. It was easy for me to buy land. It was just as easy as buying land in America.
Problem is that travel insurance, that you are talking about, often requires that you live in the states (or other countries) and then it only covers travel. The Vloggers you refer to are talking about when you relocate to another country. Totally invalid comparison you make. Dishonest to say the least. If you relocate, i will say you need a solid emergency fund for sure. 10K pr something like that.
It covers your travel to the hospital of your choice anywhere on Earth, it includes telehealth services if you have minor issues you need help with, it includes help with lost passports lost prescription medications and many many other issues. It's not health insurance it's not supposed to be
My point is this is a way people like me can move to Philippines or wherever even if they don't have a 10K emergency fund my insurance is only $200 a year and it will transport me back to America to any hospital I want where I will be covered by Medicare. Do you get it now?
No it is not travel insurance it doesn't matter where you live or what hospital you want to be transported to. You need to click the link and learn about what I am talking about because you are completely wrong about it
The special insurance will transport you to any hospital in the world so you don't need a big emergency fund to pay for a trip home in case of an emergency. Do you get it now?
A lot of times you can't see the link on a new video because RU-vid has to approve it sometimes that takes a couple of days but the link is good right now
@@AugfordpdoggieMalawi's internet is okay as long as you get one of those portable Wi-Fi boxes. You can get a 3-month or 6-month visa extension in Malawi with no trouble whatsoever mine was 100 USD but you can do it as many times as you like
Unfortunately Malawi is not what it used to be. The houses that people build when I was a kid, were quality. Btw your house is beautiful, enjoy your retirement. Hopefully I will join you in Malawi one day. Zikomo/Yebo.
??? uhhhmmm I am prone to amoebiasis so I don't drink tap water or anything other than the mineral water they deliver right to your home in PH or distilled water in 7 eleven 😅😅
They don't deliver it out in the barangays in the Philippines and they certainly don't deliver it in Africa where I go so your statement is kind of pointless
Ohh okay.. not sure in Africa.. But I assure you it’s much difficult to find that product in remote PH compared to mineral water. So I also find what you shared pointless. Even on islands they deliver mineral water; in some you have to bring on your own.. Depends on the place. You’ll have to speak with the locals though to find them in provinces. Maps is not very accurate in some places. Good day. 😌
If you really desire to manufacture and have no capital and lack good amount of money, start with anything you have or from where you're. Martin Luther King Jr. said "If you can't fly then ran, if you can't ran then walk, if you can't walk then crawl but whatever it takes keep moving forward "
Im English my wifes Malawian an were developing our farm on the Vipya plateau well be over again in a months time so if you want to meet up an go through some ideas let me know 👍
I am only seeing this today. I don't know if you will read this. But i am located in Lilongwe (Mitundu) to be specific. I am struggling to come up with wolid ideas to help especially the elderly who can't farm and have no income. They are way malnourished and neglected. Obviously i can't donate food everyday as i don't uave reaources myself. So far i am teaching them to relay on other food like sweet potatoes, irish potatoes, green bananas for starch as a replacement of MAIZE. the villagers here 100% depend on NSIMA (Maize meal). We need to help each other change our mindset. A lot of people here have forgetten how to preserve things like mushrooms, seed, groundnuts, vegetables, meat, etc. So i share vegetable seeds, and insist they keep some crop seeds and share to atleast 5people. I have shared 11families so far a hen and rooster and insist they share withing their family a hen so atlease we start keeping local chickens within the community and each family may have eggs and meat at some stage. But still some just sale the chickens before they even hatch. So yes, people are starving here but handing out free food without helping them have a change of mind really doesn't help far. Eapecially if you the giver doesn't have back up funds. Just a thought... And good luck, God bless you
You know your post is kind of well. It's actually really redundant because this fact of the dead man's hand is all over the RU-vid and by the date that you've published this versus those you're late to the game, Chum
It's easy and cheap to get a visa for as long as you want, but the police department doesn't even have cars so they certainly don't have computers or anything to keep track of you with.
@devontej I've been researching Malawi as well and it is VISA on arrival for certain countries. If you go to the government website you can find out more.
I feel ya brother. Nobody should ever go hungry or thirsty. It angers me…but it angers me even more that there’s no outrage for people right here at home, in the USA that go hungry, thirsty, and homeless every single day…it sickens me when someone can find the courage walk up to another human being, look them square in the eyes, and say I am hungry, i am thirsty, can you spare some change”? And then get completely ignored as if they weren’t even there…sickening behavior. Evil behavior. IGNORE amd IGNORANCE…are the same words. We know who you are…
Marrying outside of your ethnicity, race, culture, etc..., does not change your roots or heritage given by God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named. He has made from one blood every nation of men.
Instead of the democrats spending money on gender studies, dei, esg, etc. heres a novel idea. Convert that to food and ship it to them. Good grief. How bout facebook stop rigging elections with 400 million and buy food and send it to them. These folks have blood on their hands.
Try growing cassava. 50000 pound yield per acre. I grow it in Florida and it grows in any soil. You can make flour out of cassava or just boil the tuber for food. Delicious.
Yes everyone here that owns land grows cassava and we eat the leaves as greens as well but too much rain means no crops.Nothing grows well under water.
Rabbits and moringa trees. Moringa is the only plant that has all essential amino acids and grows fast. It looks like you’re in the right climate for it. Start a go fund me while you’re at it
@@americaninparadise3971 I’m sure there are small animals still available and bodies of fresh water and rivers and streams….. traps….Fish traps….During the American Great Depression trappers still ate even though the large game was hunted out.
Malabar spinach is a fast-growing vine and you can eat pretty much all of it even the roots, very nutritious. Radishes can produce in as little as 30 days. Winged beans (Psophocarpus tetragonolobus) produce an amazing amount of food and are very high in protein.
Its a nice thought but Those exotic plant seeds will take months to get here then more months to grow out.I can give you the address if you want to send some seeds.
For the record, a LOT of poor people in the US are borderline starving or outright starving. Those on food stamps here run out of food at the end of each month because the "covid emergency funding" stopped...but Biden's inflation did NOT. What happens here, because of our dollar world base currency, causes problem *everywhere*
hmmm not for long since they are being filled up with illegals and lets not forget what's going on with the white farmers in Africa.. They are being slaughtered for their land. @@americaninparadise3971
