Florida may not be what you think it is so take it from me who was totally shocked when I moved here you had better do some research before you come because you may find yourself homeless very quickly if you're not careful

This is specific where we are. You can do more research the area you like. But us we are in the least expensive part of Florida. However the weather is great
We're out in the boonies near Gainesville but actually the panhandle where we are is the cheapest area of Florida it's also the coldest. Most of what I said applies to the whole state but
This is just NOT the place to be.Further south is better.Avg income in gainesville is just 20K avg apt is 1300/mo.I am coming back to Indiana for a few months then to Philippines for a year.
