Welcome to Skypothesis! We are dedicated to breathing new life into the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, while simultaneously getting hyped for the Elder Scrolls VI. On this channel you will find unique and immersive builds that will help you scratch that fantasy role-play itch. Thanks for dropping by!
While all of our builds are completely Vanilla, we use a few visual mods to improve the video experience.
I like to swap the staff with a frozen one. Keeping the idea of a moral necromancer but playing into frost and the stereotype of death being cold, and helheim.
Here's a tip for those who wants to get the pennitus oculatus armor withouth killing the agent yourself.(and also don't want to use console command) for roleplay purpose. 1-Kill the dark brotherhoods and get high affinity with the pennitus oculatus agents. 2-Learn the whilrwind shout with the greybeards so that it can trigger the Dragonborn DLC event where the cultists appears. 3-Go to Dragons Bridge and either lure the cultist into the Pennitus Oculatus outpost or lure one of the agents to the cultists.(By luring I mean speak to them and enter/get out the building before they finish their sentence so they can follow you.) I personnaly reccomand luring the cultist once they get hostile since outside the cultists migh attack the guards and get overwhelmed. 4- Waint until the cultist kill one of the Pennitus Oculatus guard and get his armor. If you don't kill the dark brotherhood since you won't have a high affinity with the pennitus agents they won't fight the cultists and you won't be able to get them killed. You can also use this method with other enemies but I'm not sure if there is any guaranteed enemies to attack you in town. So I think the cultists are one of the easiest option. Like that you can easily roleplay as an Pennitus Oculatus agent that take his/her comrade armor in his honor and avenge him.
If you want 2 powerful crossbows off the bat hire the wizard from riften fast travel to solitude and up near the statue of meridi and the thalmor embesey there is a creation club quest and you get an ebony and elven crossbow
I had similar idea for rp friendly completionist though arc is slightly different: 1- warrior. Uses one handed, two hand, block (weapon will depend on combat situation, no blocking means dual weilding, some block is a two handed, needed block is one hand/sheild), archery (no stealth), smithing, and heavy/light armor by having a light curiass and heavy everything else. Standard warrior play until meeting the mage's guild, as even with shouts you're admitted into the college and he begins to gain interest into magic, usuing to augment his warrior skills (conjure battle axe, armor, rally, etc). Be it this or some specific plot point he has a fall, going in with Theives and DB until another snap shows him error of way. Be it killing the emperor as a legionare, parthurnax as a nord or a faithful companion for Boethiah. He meditates on his journey and uses his new skills to become the hero he is desistined to be, taking on Miirak
Is it okay if I wait to spell it for a little bit for my character since I think the Dawnguard Rune Acts would probably be good or the Dawnbreaker they're powerful weapons I think they fit he could of while clearing out stronger he could have found Meridian speaking and decided to do it as like a side thing and for the Dawnguard run acts he could have found it while doing a mission for you know I could role play it but I think those two weapons as holy smiting tools would make more sense but I like what you did better
For those of you who like to enhance these builds' roleplaying potential with mods, I suggest Conquest of Skyrim, recruiting all Orcs and conquering Markarth, Falkreath, Riften, and Windhelm.
If you spec into conjunction you can blink out after casting an atronauch, you can add a move called reinforcements, but summoning two atronauch, and its like the summon summoned a friend.
I really love this build and I can’t wait to check out more builds! I wanted to ask, how would you incorporate magic into this build if you were to? Hopefully you guys come back with more content but there’s a lot your current catalogue for me to work through. Thanks guys!
Restoration compliments well with the quick swapping. Just favorite both your ranged weapon and melee weapon. Usually when you hit their inputs twice it will go into an unarmed mode. However you can save a spell loadout as an unarmed loadout (terminology is killing me too go easy lol) so I can have my two handed weapon my ranged weapon and if I hit either of those two inputs more than once I got dual wield restoration magic. At times this play style can feel like one of the most balanced play styles the game has to offer as someone coming from a love hate relationship with the game. If you’re taking complimenting the bucks damage wise you could do the same except swap it with destruction or use shouts to compliment the magic defense debuff the sword inflicts upon the enemy. Like Fire Breath as an example.
Love all these build videos u guys do and I’ve tried out several of them, got a brilliant idea for a character I’ve just started, the Dark Ork a half breed with all the strength of ork and all the magic and sneak of a dark elf
I love roleplaying etherial shout is him traveling to the spirit realm where all dead go before the travel to their final resting place or aomwthing similar to what hersine did when you hunt the white stag
I am possibly too obsessed with khajiit. On a game not even related to The Elder Scrolls, Wizard101, I put on some cat face paint and cat ears and set up a treasure card shop in the commons. "Khajiit has high quality treasure cards, if you have empowers" AND I even managed to rip off 3 people. 😹
Dawn guard armor is always my favorite! I just hate the light armor helmet! I always go heavy armor But now I do want to do a light armor build you have inspired me to do that!
