Hello friends! I’m so happy to have you here! Please join me on my journey for weight loss and better health! I started my channel after 6 months on Weight Watchers, and as of today, I am down over 80 pounds! 🎉 I still have a long way to go, and I would love to share my journey with you. My hope is that we can motivate, encourage, & learn from each other! ♥️
This Thursday is July 4th, will you get to go? Great job tracking! I just started back but hubby brought me a candy bar for my birthday tomorrow so I blew it already. I need to loose 169 lbs. looking forward to seeing yiu
Thank you, and so happy you are here! And I totally forgot about my meeting day being on the 4th, so no, this meeting will be canceled. 🤦♀️ Thanks for reminding me! ♥️ And I have to eat a little cake for birthdays, especially mine! LoL I bet you can get right back on track after! And hope you are having a Very Happy Birthday! 🎉
I am the same. I needed the in person meetings when I was going to weight watchers! Hearing you say that makes me want to go on and see if they have added any new meetings that i could possible make it to with my schedule!
I always loved my in person meetings. They have cancelled them twice in my life and I gained every ounce back and then some. I am just one of the ones who needs in person to stay on track. I wish the old WW was back who focused on losing weight the healthy way. Good luck on your journey. You'll be there before you know it.
Your excitement motivates me as well!! I do have a question… has there been any weeks that you’ve stayed the same weight for 2-3 consecutive weeks even though you’ve stuck to your points? I can’t seem to break a certain weight on the scales even though I’m sticking to my points and it’s becoming a little discouraging. Any advice would be greatly appreciated ♥️
Oh my yes!!! It happens quite often! Especially as I started getting closer to my goal weight. And after a few weeks of not losing, I might lose 2-3 pounds out of the blue! That always kicked my motivation back into high gear after being discouraged. Hang in there! Your hard work will pay off. 😊💪
Bless your heart. That’s a hard one. Possibly eating too much of the zero point foods? In the very beginning I did that to help keep me from feeling so hungry. I realized quickly that my serving portions were alot more than I needed. Maybe weigh out those food items and see if that helps. Also, are you using your weekly points too? There have been many times that I would lose during the weeks that I used most, if not all, of my weeklies. Try that and see if it helps. I think it helped kickstart my metabolism. LoL Hope that helps. Keep me posted! You can do this! 💪
Hey Dayna!! Sorry you didn't get to go to the meeting...but I guess it worked out. 😊 I told my sisters this morning that I am gonna do WW strict for 4 weeks till July 3rd. Hopefully I can shed 6 lbs or more. You did great to only gain .5 with letting down your guard. Thanks for helping us! ❤ Have a great week! Looking forward to your next video!!
Not sure which foods you are talking about, but what I do know is that they figure points based on fiber, protein, unsaturated fats, added sugars, and saturated fats. For example, saturated fats and added sugars increase the point value of foods while unsaturated fats, fiber, and protein decrease the point value. So the food with 367 calories might be full of fiber or protein, which would push the points down a little. Maybe that will help a little.
The gains have been just as much a part of this process for me as the losses have been. Those aren’t nearly as fun & encouraging tho! LoL But hang in there, and keep tracking / measuring your food and try to walk / exercise as often as you can. You can do this! 💪
Girl...I'm struggling. My problem is that I want to eat...and I eat too much fruit and too much other zero point foods. 😏 Got any thoughts? You have done so well. I admire you!
Thank you so much! And the struggle is real for all of us! Portion control is one of my issues. I’ve kinda gotten slack the last few months weighing / measuring my food portions, and it does definitely make a difference! I’m trying to do better with that myself. Hang in there! 😊
Sure! It’s 60% off for 10 months. You just agree to join for 10 months and it’s only $20 per month for the premium plan. This is the plan that includes the in-person meetings. This is also the plan that is normally almost $50. Then if you use the promo code GOALS, it will save you an additional $10 off the $20 today when you sign up! That is all the first month will cost. I couldn’t believe it! Then for the next 9 months, it will be $20 monthly. Wanted to share with all you guys!
And it’s so crazy, because when I don’t have sweets for a while, I don’t want them. But then anything stressful can come along, and that’s what I want to reach for! 🤦♀️ That’s why this will be a lifelong journey for me!
You'll get right back down!! Being back home helps! Vacations are so fun, but more yummy food too! My family tells me that we want quality of life and that includes food!! I know, but more in moderation, right? We want to feel better!
You will get back to where you’re losing again soon! 😊Staying the same isn’t the worst for sure! You’ve done amazing with all you’ve lost! That’s work and definitely great will power! 👏👏👏👏👏❤️
Your journey is so inspiring!!! I have lost 7 pounds. When my kids or grandkids offer me a sweet I say thanks then I throw it down the garbage disposal.
