Just a quick what I eat in a day. 😋

Hello friends! I’m so happy to have you here! Please join me on my journey for weight loss and better health! I joined Weight Watchers in August of 2022, and I started this channel 6 months later after losing right at 50 pounds. As of today, I am down 81 pounds! 🎉 I still have a ways to go, and I would love to share my journey with you. My hope is that we can motivate, encourage, & learn from each other! ♥️

Did you count points for the chicken because of it being a leg and thigh? It looked really yummy

Yes, that’s why there’s points. A skinless chicken breast is zero, but the leg and thigh both have points. Especially the ones with skin.

Dayna, do you follow the newest WW plan or go by one of the former one's? I'm thinking about joining, but it's a little confusing...Lol

Yes, I use the WW app which uses the current plan. There is a lot of zero point foods & that helps alot. If you have any questions, I’ll be happy to try and help! 😊
