Hello Mellow Fellows! I make videos on anything I enjoy and I hope you enjoy them too. This is a chill space for everyone to relax and talk about our favorite media. Just have fun time here💛
Yes! PLEASE do a Louise and her feminine identity 🙏🏻 I was definitely a Tina who grew up with a chaotic, Tom boyish sister who struggled with feminine things. I’d LOVE to see a video about that
I always thought Zekes dad was in the military. Zeke is definitely one of my favorite characters he’s so cool. My favorite is when he goes to hit on the bowling alley employee who was like 35 and he says even though he has bow legs that shouldn’t hold him back😂😂 Bobs Burgers is my absolute favorite show and your videos are awesome ❤️
Excellent analysis of Jimmy Junior!! Time to look up your other videos, I'm excited! Regarding what's said at 55:42, though, I think Tina IS studying her parent's relationship as a guide for her own. At least, their whirlwind romance while dating, quick marriage and reaffirming, dramatic speeches they give each other. Is it any wonder she expects a passionate relationship to happen quickly?
I really do hope that she's related to Honey-bee Shaw, I had to rewind to make sure I heard that properly 🥰🥰, I love The Great North. Great video, Nat is the best♥️
This woman is charming, interesting, loyal, and genuine. She will find love, she's so lovable! And she's probably the Pinnacle wlm representation we get in animation.
I've been saying for YEARS that the vday episode I want is each Belcher trying to find a suitable bachelorette for Nat. It'd be a fun way to bring back some one-off characters, too. I figure Bob would suggest she date Marshmallow, given Bob's not so subtle crush on her. I think Linda would set her up with the Annie-sassin, since Nat is the kind of free spirit Annie would admire. Louise would suggest she go out with the shark lady from the aquarium, because they're the two coolest adults Louise knows. Tina would set her up with her hot teacher Miss Jacobsen. Gene, I don't know, he'd probably spend the whole episode waiting for Ken to call him back to let him know if his sister Kenina is single. I'd also enjoy seeing her date Rudy's mom, both because I think she and Rudy would get along great (given that she's basically an older Louise), and because that would mean Jillian Bell will become her own aunt (she voiced Rudy's tall cousin in that one episode as well). Or the Wind Gap hermit, just because they have a similar vibe and I'd like to see her come back. I also want a plot twist where Jen's hot cousin Dave is gay and he and Nat are besties.
I love your ending remarks about Nat and Louise and representation! A lot of video essayists kind of abruptly end but it was nice to have a thoughtful ending especially about a minor character.
Haven't watched the newer episodes yet or all the video but i would like to see teddy and nat interact and work together helping the belchers because of how loyal they to the belchers
My husband and I watch American dad every single night while we make and eat dinner. Incredible show. I will say as a larger person, the first Debbie episode gave me some issues. But I loved how much Steve was into her.
Yep. I think that episode about Dr. Yap is everybody's worst one. For me it wasn't Gayle's behavior, it was Lindas, especially when she slapped Bob. But, then again I hope that one day Linda will finally get attacked by her entire band of rabid daytime raccoons , so who am I to say.🤣
This is such a beautiful video, thank you 😊made me smile so much when you started talking about how the show treats queer characters with such respect 💘 it’s one of my favourite elements of the show and hopefully it can help normalise queerness for everyone watching it ☺️
love love love nat, & this video made me want to rewatch episodes i dont usually rewatch like just the trip!! <3 also would love a vid about louise navigating girlhood!
I liked all the clips with audio; do more of that, please. Your analysis is really good, but the clips with quotes not only balanced out your essay, but ENHANCED it. Please incorporate more clips with audio 🙏
What could be cool would be a Rudy-style episode for Jimmy jr. We could get to see more of his homelife, how his relationship is with his siblings and father is (how they interact at home) and then maybe something happening, maybe he messes up badly with Tina and gets called out by Zeke, and that’s where he could finally change? Or we get him saying he’s just not ready yet due to his age and stops dating, or we get a better look into his sexuality like the video said, him realizing he is ace or something like that?
This is such a wonderful video! As a queer woman, I absolutely love Nat. She is such a unique character who is allowed to be just as interesting and funny as the rest of the characters. I also really enjoyed your discussion about what Nat means to Louise as a role model. I have always loved their bond. My personal headcanon for Louise is that when she grows up she will identify as a lesbian, and I always saw Louise's admiration of Nat to be indicative of that, but your discussion makes it go much deeper than that. It is about how Louise presents her gender and womanhood as a whole! Really good video! Can't wait for your next one! ❤️
Its so lovely to me how Nat calls people by their "full" names, ie Thomas Hanks, calling Bob Robert...theres just smtg abt it that makes me like her so much
Nat is my favorite side character! When Louise called her about the ring, she knew exactly what happened. And how she always calls Bob, Robert. How awesome she was at the limo invitational. Woof Meow, Woof Meow
Im so glad I found your channel the other day! I love the Belchers and you've given me an even better appreciation for them and everyone around them. I don't know how old you are, but I'm amazed and your deeper analysis and understanding of the characters. Can't wait to see more!!❤
Thank you for the kind words! I'm just happy people enjoy the same stuff that I do. I love the show and just wanted to talk to people about it lol. And I just turned 26. So firmly in my mid 20's era!
Hype for another deep dive! Nat is a great character. She feels really nonbinary too for no real reason, it's just the vibe I get. Since I headcanon Louise as nonbinary it makes sense to me that she thinks Nat is the coolest
Also in this vein, as a child who didn't know I was queer, I remember vividly the first times I met queer adults. I didn't know why, but I thought they were AWESOME. Couldn't figure out why, until way later when it all made sense.
