Pl.do not read unnecessary circulars Pl.clarify Whether pension updation is taking. Place on RBIpattern. RBI and SBI.has taken birth out of E. imperialmBank. So pension uodation on RB Ipattern should be made available to atleast to.SBI retirees and pensioners.Any. body can reply to this.

Is it mandatory to make all Saturdays holiday to get 5 days banking??? Absolutely not we can get it on another combination also. Why don't these ministers and bureaucrats don't want to talk about that??? Everyone knows if we can know. But no one is ready to give five days banking because they want more business by hooks and crooks...... Don't dream it.....
Iska main reason unhealthy compition bhi hai, RBI ne har kisi Ko banking licence de Rakha hai, payment banks, sfb, fintech etc. Apps based loans de rhi hai companies. Aur recovery ke lie galat practices kar hai. Iska impact to PSBs par padega hi...
If you mis- manage the banking system depositors will lose the confidence. In our country those who work really hard get peanuts in return. If everty thing is leased out to Ambani and Adani and stocks are giving double the amount in two weeks why do people go to the bank even if they work 24 ×7 PSB would get any deposit except salaried class because they are paid through public sector banks. Now bank employees are converted to slaves in PSB. In happy index India always finds its place at the bottom most. Just follow the Europian system strictly 5 days a week and close offices 5 to 6 pm, beyond that if employees are asked to work then they should be paid double the amount Schools and colleges should be shut down on weekend sat and sunday. Apart from work life balance pollution will come down drastically.
If idiots becomes policy makers, the video like this would crowd the social media. What is happening when the banks are closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday. Who is impacted and business died.
लोगों को यदि व्यक्तिगत रूप से बैंक आना है और उस के लिए 5 दिवसीय बैंकिंग को एक तरफ करना है तो यह गलत है। फिर डिजिटल का क्या फायदा? सवाल आदत बदलने से है। यदि 24 घण्टे बैंक खोल दिए जाएंगे तो भी कोई बदलाव नहीं होगा। लोग Sunday को भी बैंक के आगे बैठ कर चले जाते हैं। जब कोई बताता है कि आज Sunday है तो वापिस चले जाते हैं। जब covid हुआ था तब भी देश की बैंकिंग सेक्टर ने काम किया था। भाई साहब, आदत बदलो, देश बदलो, सोच बदलो, पर्यावरण का भी सोचो। covid के दौरान जब lockdown लगा था तब Pollution लेवल अपने आप शून्य हो गया था। 5 days working सिर्फ बैंकों में ही नही, बल्कि पूरे भारत में हर क्षेत्र में लागू होनी चाहिए। 10 to 5 या 6 काम करो और सिर्फ अपने आप को ही नही बल्कि इस धरती माता को भी आराम दो। जय हिंद, जय भारत, जय 5 दिवसीय कार्यप्रणाली।
