If I have white nodules that appear on the lower sides of my heel, that protrude out, is this likely gout? I am planning to see a doctor as soon as I can afford. My middle toe is also swollen and just under the skin I can some white circles in my toes

Thank you to the wonderful educated compassionate Rheumatologist making these videos. I needed up here doing so much research on google. This year I am diagnosed with GERDS/LPR, SJÖGRENS and LUPUS. I have every symptom of lupus and Sjogrens all of them. Yesterday I took one bite of eggplant ( it only had a Celtic salt , organic extra virgin olive oil and a tiny bit organic tomato paste). My lips and on the outside of my mouth started burning , my mouth had a very uncomfortable tingling burning spicy sensation, then the breathing got bad right away my heart or whatever surrounds my heart was pumping fast , I felt so uneasy I couldn’t lay down , struggling to breathe and my chest felt so much pressure. Then cuts started forming in the inside of my left hand and right hand and arms. The white mold looking bruises I got flared up. It’s like as if herds wasn’t bad enough the lupus and sjoigrens all are teaming up on me. I’m scared to like eat , so it’s not just acidic and spicey foods I gotta watch out for it’s now random attacks. Like yes you ate this yesterday and it was great but today it’ll put you in damn near anaphylactic state. 😢any advice for me ? Soon I’ll be seeing my rheumatologist, I’ll be getting the motility and manometry test with the gastroenterology, I’ll be seeing a cardiologist, pulmonologist and orthopedic. I’m always struggling to breathe, I’m always congested, i feel like I got bronchitis all the time , I got all kinds of rashes. My joints and everything hurt. I feel so fatigued like I thank God , cause I know that’s where my strength comes from. I’m always distracted and clumsy , forgetful. That’s not me that’s not normal. I’m loosing hair , my mouth tongue gets all nasty and yeasty very white , my nose always dry Ang dry blood, so much more it’s exhausting
Hello Dr! I am new to your channel and I have RA, IBD, Hypothyroidism, servere persistent Asthma that’s is well controlled as well as other ailments. For 3+ years I have had repeated Upper Respiratory infections (requiring never ending cycle of prednisone/antibiotics), very extreme fatigue, dyspenia; and we are working on a possible diagnosis for worsening symptoms that present as ILO/VCD. I have been researching but do you have any information you can point me towards re: Larynx, upper tracheal/esophogeal ailments related to your field? I'm having a Sjogren's flare, and I can look back at my work and school history and see them occurring every 6-8 years, and lasting for 12-18 months. Presently my feet are numb, my hands and legs are tingly (like I should move them to keep them from falling asleep), my joints all hurt (especially my sacroiliac joints). I am so very tired, and I can't remember things ranging from Dr. appts to if I left the stove on or water running. My rheumatologist is treating me with prednisone but it isn't doing anything to relieve my symptoms. I had head, cervical spine, thoracic spine and lumbar spine MRI's and a spinal tap and there is no evidence of MS or spinal injury. I did test positive for Sjogren's B something, so I know I have Sjogren's and not something else. In the past when I have had these flares I have either been fired from my job or forced to quit because I was so tired and couldn't remember things. My current job is letting me take a medical leave of absence for three months, but I dunno what I'm going to do after that since my symptoms in the past have typically lasted a year or more.
Wow. Thank you for this video. I'm currently under advanced muskle skeletal and dermatology. Referred to Rheumatology now. Hands xrayed, 2x bursitis in my elbow. Had a sonogram days ago as painful and have a bursitis also in my shoulder. Have psoriasis but been treated for eczema for 40 yrs until I saw a Professor if dermatology. I feel very let down from my Drs,health centre over the years. Marol 200mg twice daily Been on these yrs. Its taken 40 yrs of constant pain and skin troubles, Raynauds, toes and fingers like thick sausages for the Dr's to take it seriously and actually referrer myself. England/Uk here. Feel so let down. Always tired and never knew this could be related. Thanks again x
I have been diagnosed with SS for about 9 years. 6 years ago I started losing my voice when I am tired. Is this something you see often in SS? My rheumatologist has referred me to a ENT specialist in New Orleans for dysphonia.
Hello, I feel that it is a rip-off to the employee because you still have large medical bills after a visit and or atleast co-pays. The one health insurance policy I had that somehow made me money was an HRA, Health Reimbursement Account ( **Not an HSA savings account**) I swear for 4 years EVERY visit at any doctor appt/ specialist and Id pay nothing, not even copays but then get a check in the mail after for the cost of the visit even though i didnt pay. Wish I had that plan still.
I'm 39 and had my first attack at 38 and this second attack is when I figured out it was gout. My first attack I thought I had splinters in my foot and I had to walk on rollers at work with tight work boots, nobody would believe me that my feet were hurting so bad I ended up losing my job, I just couldn't take it. So important do you have people in your life that are there for you

You're wrong about copper not offering pain relief. I was sceptical but have has sciatica pain for 5 days couldnt sleep completely out of experimental exploration i hammered some copper at work and placed it around my back i got relief within around 5 minutes i then made a small anklet and i have been able to sleep last night and went to work today. I removed the copper for an hour to shower and get ready and my left leg started throbbing. Theres something in it i dont understand but its amazing 😊

Dr, i am being treated with hcqs and pregabilin for sero negative RA. After seeing this i am scared as it might become positive as i sress about having RA too much. Wish i could visit and consult you.
