Hello doctor I watch your videos lately and other videos and people claiming they really honestly cured their rheumatoid arthritis naturally first some of them said they were on the medication but it made them ill and they stopped and changed their diets and are taking the fish oil turmeric ect. Exercise I am definitely interested in this as I got diagnosed last year I don't drink smoke or do drugs doctor just to let you know that first I always exercised and did alot of heavy construction work this thing spread into my body quickly I have a few surgeries and more to go in my neck and back it might not all be related to rheumatoid arthritis but I would say a good amount was rheumatoid arthritis it does not run in my family either nut I did have alot of stress but I am taking the humria and methotrexate and I am drinking the green teas and taking the fish oils as well I just want to get this thing out of my body the good news is all my inflammation blood levels are perfect according to my rheumatoid rheumatoid doctor she is a good doctor but wants me to stay on the medication for a few years I really don't want that doctor anything natural you could recommend that really works thank you doctor just want to get this thing out of me and be healthy and active and not feeling weak and fatigue all the time ay good aduve I did ask my doctor even she can't answer this question and she is very good thank you doctor sorry about the long question I need answers though
Well, living with severe RA for 10 years has taught me to trust my gut... literally. Rather than dependency on prescribed meds, I've shifted focus to eating whole foods, eliminating anything that triggers flares and resting as much as necessary. I fast regularly, pray often and follow a nutrient-dense ketogenic protocol which is mainly animal-based. I wasted a lot of time, energy and money seeking relief from chronic pain, stiffness, etc. via suggested supplements. Yet, I'm learning to keep things simple and have patience with this healing process.

Devil’s claw is also effective. Turmeric now is in process of better formulations than pepper as pepper can be irritating to certain digestive tracts. For those people try meriva or make yourself with fatty milk or coconut and a dash of pepper. Also diet- gluten free and mostly grain free has been the biggest game changer for me personally. I function like a normal person without supplements by following this.

This is my first time on your video. I have been suffering from Lupus over 20 years; it took sometime for time to be diagnose’;therefore RA and Osteoarthritis . My treatment with my rheumatologist is like hit or miss. Right now some times unable to use my hands, elbow ; shoulders . I am replacing Motrin with Tumeric. Ot took approx a month for Tumeric yo start taking effect. Tumeric did not hive immediaite effect like motrin but waking up with decreased arthritic paic arthritic pain.
