@@jasper329 Thanks for suggestion! I'm still trying not to use a lot of mods during this time. This is because the game continues to receive frequent updates and avoid compatibility issues between mods and the game. 🙂
Thanks! It depends on the difficulty of the build. If the build has more complex or deeper details, it will take a longer time to build. Most will take 1-2 weeks (or more) to complete (including video editiing process) This is the reason why sometimes my videos are not released on time 😊
I question how desirable that beach is for a dive being so close to the harbor and having that AMAZING view of the highway lol The build itself, though, fantastic as usual!!!
Love how this has came together. I'm thinking more downtown expansion and some public transit. Maybe a medical center. You definitely have a methodical order in which you build in this series.
