So worst pain is overhead from front press. It will also hurt at varying intensities on other exercises, such as bench press or chest flys. I am an mma hobbyist but advanced, and throwing most punches dont exacerbate it, except lead hook. The level of pain goes up and down it went away once for a few months all together and i was able to lift comfortably but now it has consistently been bothering me. Ive had to reduce weight etc. If anyone has advice or knowledge, i did just get health insurance but procedures in my network are backed up for months.
What do you do when you can't stop the cause of the injury - self employed - have to work - in this case tree surgery. Epiclasp is good but I can't take time off...
Right shoulder goes numb when I reach up for extended periods, sometimes when I wear a backpack. I have reduced ability to reach behind my back on my right side. When I stretch my right arm across my body for a tricep stretch it causes pain in my right shoulder. If I lay on my back and reach above my head my left arm can go further behind my head and my right arm is limited and there is pain. Right now I'm laying partially on my left side, right elbow at my side and my hand in line with my chest as I type and my right shoulder is fatigued and starting to hurt. Throwing hurts sometimes.
Hello, I would like to know what is the best prophylactic thing to do to avoid golf elbow while playing e-sports. Does it make sense to wear wrist cuffs and upper arm cuffs (e.g. Masalo) when gaming (for me while holding the controller) so that the tendons are relieved? I want to avoid getting golf elbow again. I would be very grateful for any answer!!
Rather than doing that double overhand (or climbers tie off) to prevent slip on a dynamic load, you can do a yosemite finish. It's really simple just by following one side of the loop back through the entry hole. Lots of videos on RU-vid here for Yosemite boline or Yosemite tie off
