This is really quite a moving documentary. I recommend people watch "Time Flies" (also on here) about the making of the Lord of the Flies film in the 60s. Also unexpectedly moving.
I love to see Elvis in his movies and to hear him sing. Can watch them over and over - he is so absolutely handsome, his walking, dancing, talking, smiling, laughing etc. mesmerises me!
I love how Ricky accidentally gives Rumsfield his own entrance theme, I bet he did that every morning and Mr. Rumsfield grew to enjoy the new morning routine.
Jack Wild & Frankly the people who made this movie possible were a unique breed of film producers. Jack was just the right addition to really make this film work. I was first introduced to Jack Wild at age 5 when I saw HR PUFF N STUFF. I never really liked HR, but accidentally bumping into this film gave me an entirely new prospective & respect for Wild & his craft. . .
