Dude, I just want to say thank you so much for putting out a simple no BS video about this equipment. You got to the points without any of the fluff where an idiot like me can actually understand it. I love how you explain where each cable goes into where And how easy it was for you to use the mobile app to set it up. This is the easiest to understand video on the dream machine pro that I could find on RU-vid. So once again, thank you so much and I really do appreciate it as I’m sure 100s of other peoplewill
I think i had the shorter bridge but just count how many pcie slots are in your case to measure how wide it is. Also it doesnt look like the b760 tomahawk supports sli not saying it doesnt, just not seeing support for it😊

Hi Goblin! T🌿hanks for the video! It's giving me the courage at 73yold to upgrade my macmini from 2010 that had 4 gb ram and original hard disk. Installed. I did no upgrade but installed ubuntu 20.4 and it is now running as a Logitech media Server! and serving my logitech squeezebox! I think I will upgrade it to 8 gb and an SSD though after I watched the specs on your video! Thanks so much ! Have a great day! 🌿
Thanks !! I have also a Mac Mini 2010. Now with 4 GB RAM. But ... special ... this Mac Mini here is running on Windows 11 X-Lite .... Everything works well except Sound. I can't find a Windows Souund driver 😞 And YESSS an SSD must be build in !! Hope anybody can help me with a Windows 11 Sound Driver ...

I managed to get my filthy hands on a used Razer Ironclad (aluminum i believe) and I am loving it. Very low friction, very low noise, feels good on the hand. I wonder how that one would have fared in your test.

I’m about to order one of these through eBay it’s my first one. My question is it comes with no cords and I have an Apple TV cord that I was thinking of using on it. Do you think it’ll work or should I buy a knock off original?
I personally like the top mounted water cooling more to take the air out of the case, 3 intake fans to get air in, back one that takes out and the top that takes air out too. Back one should go for lower rpm so you have positive air pressure overall, even when the CPU cooler revs up with the front mounted ones having a decent amount of rpm. Works wonders and keeps the dust out.
I have MSI 360R CPU water cooler. it is really bad quality. - Good cooling performance or efficiency, but The pump stop working after 2 or 3 weeks of idle computer (if you don't turn it on) You need to clean it every 3 months or maximum 6 months

I just bought this computer from my local thrift-store for $40. It came with 8GB, and I installed 500GB ($22 SSD). RU-vid runs smooth at 720p 60fps. I limit 1080p to 30fps with browser addon. For a 12 year old computer, it's awesome. In conclusion, if you can get it for around $50, you should buy it.
Hi, somebody can help me, please? I don't have the "Configure SLI, Soround, PhysX" option, it just doesn't appear. My drivers are updated, so I don't know why is not showing it.
@@bimDe2024 No, I din't had time to keep trying stuff, so is not fixed yet. I have all the drivers updated. I checked and the computer don't even recognize it have a second GPU connected :/
I'm looking to set up a guest wifi captive portal for a coffee shop space within our church and I've been looking at the built-in offering from Ubi. Do you know if a network key + access point will work? Or will I need more hardware than that? I have internet of course that I'll provide into the system.. Wondering if I can use any switch to connect the key and AP. Thanks in advance for any tips!
Not sure what you are running now, but I recommend 2x A6000 using NVlink. I am able to run anything at 4k at ridiculous frames. Not to mention the 96gb of vram won't be running out anytime soon. Maybe if I nvlink 8x A6000 and use 32k 200" TV playing 3x Cyberpunk at the same time ...
The cpu puffed and let out the magic smoke… ;) I really dont know. I turned it on and out came the magic smoke. I suspect it was something with the power cables for on of the drive bays.
I'm looking to do this exact upgrade. The numbers don't look much different but obviously 8gb of ram will work much better than 2gb. Having the new parts will at least keep it running smooth for a while. The CPU is the real bottleneck.
@@PCGoblin thanks. I’ll let him know. Good video, and informative, along with sound testing and pretty detailed. If you care for some ideas. You understand about acoustics. If you used this in different housings, and different locations, and if multiple buld/speaker could be connected together. What would the sound be like if placed in fixtures in the corner sort of like corner loading, bouncing the sound off the walls, or what would the sound/lighting be like if you placed one or more in lamps in the corners of different rooms. Would it do a corner loadingish effect, as it would be firing up in the corner of the two walls and reflecting off the ceiling. One, two beside or opposite sides, what about all corners? Is there an app that allows the connection between multiple speakers at once, and what about modding an active woofer, with BT if there is a app that would if the lamp is not terribly, and it is decent for casual listening, no focused listening or jamming. Just background music, while doing other things, and how much of a difference would the RGB appear when in use like that. If they could be modded easyish and you know how to make things work. What if you was to drop a pot in the corners and put diffusers across, or separate them if cheap enough and put a improved driver and the RGB on an extension wires than placed somewhere near. If you do furniture, you could route a circle bellow the top, and place the speaker, or better speaker in a compartment located in a certain spot where it would be best for sound and listening, and you could place the RGB below the table/nightstand, or if a pipe was ran vertically high enough that the RGB could be installed and would provide good enough luminous output for what you would expect from small lamps. If you could straighten them, you could straighten them, and place them recessed into the pipe or dowel bellow flush, and with a diffuser on top, where they would be vertically placed and turned within certain degrees forward and sides maybe 360 where the lighting would be bounded off the walls. If cheap enough. The board alone might be worth it for projects such as that, and even other furniture, like office/game chairs, which would be a great gift for those who use them, and how the bulb, speaker was intergraded.

Hi I know this video is old but I am dealing with a cloud key at this time. I do not have the login credentials but need to regain access. If i were to reset this will it bring down my WAP's requiring me to build the Wifi network again?
