Hey there! Pure oats are gluten-free. However, they can become contaminated with gluten during farming, transportation, and storage because they are often processed in the same facilities as gluten-containing grains. To avoid this, make sure you buy oats labeled as gluten-free or those that say "processed in a gluten-free facility”
Even though the wrap bread is made with eggs and spinach, the defining characteristic is the method of preparation and how it's served. Since you rolled it up with fillings inside, it fits the description of a wrap rather than an omelet. The omelet is folded in half and the fillings are just placed inside of the pocket. Thank you for watching!
“Then God said: “Here I have given to you every seed-bearing plant that is on the entire earth and every tree with seed-bearing fruit. Let them serve as food for you”
The wraps themselves are plain, the seasoning is in the filling. The cream cheese spread is packed with flavor. But hey, you can add whatever you want. Tell me how it goes.
A tortilla is a type of flatbread commonly used to make wraps, but they are not exactly the same. A tortilla refers specifically to a round, thin flatbread, typically made from either corn or wheat flour, originating from Mexican cuisine. A wrap, on the other hand, refers to a broader category of rolled sandwiches where various types of flatbreads (including tortillas, lavash, pita, etc.) are used to enclose fillings. So, while tortillas can be used to make wraps, not all wraps are made with tortillas. Thank you for watching!
Oh no! Important things to consider to avoid this: 1. Spray or grease your pan each time before adding a scoop of batter. 2. A nonstick pan is a must! 3. Use medium heat for only 2 minutes each side. Hope you try again! This one's worth the effort.

Hey there! We spray the pan every time to avoid that. Also, two more things, using a non-stick pan it’s very important and keep it a medium heat each side for only 2 min. I strongly recommend to watch my full video. The step by step instructions are in the description, here ➡️: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GJeKZ0_Dt6c.htmlsi=_tilX-A9ZfY1dO-E
There's spinach in my fridge. I'm going to try the wrap right now! Not sure what's in there to fill it with, but I know I have cream cheese and veggies, so I'll work it out! Thanks for this simple and healthy recipe.
@@TrueTable I made them - I'm holding them to fill later because I filled up on a frittata for lunch. They turned out great, and just as easy as they look!
