It's best practiced during evening or night. But you can do it anytime during the day when you want to do a calming practice to not overstimulate your body, or when you want to do some deep stretches for a stiff body. But practice within capacity and gradually progress, listen to your body and modify as and when required
Not going to lie... 😂 My twin sister and I spent like 10 mins comparing our feet size to see who had bigger feet while we were stretching while watching this video! (We have the exact same size, we are identical twins!) Lol
Yes we did get some good stretching in 😊 my sister and I usually do our yoga sessions on the weekend. We did every pose in this video and kept touching our bare feet sole to sole. And each time we both were comparing our feet size and toe sizes! Haha do you both have same size feet? It looks like you both have identical sizes too! ♥️
