I luckily stopped smoking early but i saw the dangers of it real quick. But people still ask me if i want a cigarette or try to bumb it off me. Im getting there, to the reality where theyre gone 8:23 IT DOESNT because when you quit youre stuck with withdrawls wich is basically ANXIETY AND THEYRE THE WORST.

Well done for quitting and opening up about it. For the best because of your health and I'm sure your mum will be proud of you. The money you save too 🤑🤑🤑 in a year I bought a car and a years worth of insurance 😆 It's one of the hardest drugs I've stopped. Int it funny, it's the legal ones that are more addictive 😂 sugar, nicotine, alcohol, coffee... I just bought more coffee and I shouldn't have. I hate anything having control over my mind. Yeah quitting smoking also manifests money! 😅 it was so expensive and cigs are more money than ever. I quit 🍃 very recently too. I mostly did it at night and rarely with people, only if I trusted them but it was still hard to quit. It was very helpful until it wasn’t. I definitely agree with you that I want to be in control of myself and be fully present at all times! I claim all my energy back to meeeeeee! I really think it’s all about making us dumb and numb and that’s why it’s finally becoming legal here along with alcohol and cigs. Alcohol and cigs though, YIKES. It should be illegal. Well, I don’t believe in coincidences 😌 Yes this is a sync for me! To get a flat tire during a difficult time in my life, after leaving my job and trying to maintain a positive outlook on my situation, and while waiting for it to be fixed there is a book store in walking distance. I saw the book of ‘the power of positive thinking’ displayed on a table- not even on the shelf- and flipped to a random page that says to not accept defeat and that getting a flat tire and something about not having a job, to shift your outlook about it all to overcome it.. yeah that is a huge synchronicity to me! I felt very heard and validated that I’m on the right track. 🥰

I think it’s a mix of past patterns and the effects of being cooler than these losers. 😂 It’s gotten better with how I react to them but it’s still difficult when it’s in a work setting because I’d lose my job if I reacted the way I truly want to! The things people say and do is so ridiculous and they crave our reactions from it. I think changing how we react and deal with it is how we over the patterns but it’s something that’ll never really go away completely if you’re always a delightful confident person. 🙄❤️🔥✊

This made me emotional, I needed it at this exact timing. And sure I already know this but really needed the verbal articulated reminder! I haven’t been happy with my media consumption (mostly the amount, not so much the actual content). Just last night I told myself I’d have a morning free from my RU-vid/spotify, yet I wake up and go to make some celery juice, give in to the urge to open RU-vid but this is one of the first things that popped up luckily 🙌🏽Like this is the video that needs to be on my homepage every time I open this app. Anyway, just had to comment this and now I’m gonna go drink my juice by my window just listening to my thoughts and my God
