Already took it for a spin. Works PERFECTLY! Literally takes 2 minutes once you have a properly formatted PDF. The only issue I ran into was file size uploads... i have some super hi-rez graphics for canvas prints and they're too big to upload. Would love to get that resolved asap. Personalization is absolutely critical here in 2023. Thanks so much for creating this, i'll be a subscriber for life.

OMG Hello Custom is amazing! I don't do personalization because I don't want to mess things up. BUT I will give it a try with this. I hope it will help me get better sales. Almost 11 months in and I still feel so new to it! lol

This is fantastic Stephen! I have signed up and I am on the waiting list looking forward to July 17th! The question that I have is if I am selling leggings (for example) where the mock up has a variety of sections, (front side right for example), do I just load the section where the customization will take place into the HelloCustom Saas platform? I'm using a blend of Dhal-E & Canva and some of my graphics are at an angle. Will I still be able to use HelloCustom?

how do you work out if you have two designs, one for most colors and one for white or very light colored shirts? i know in printify you have to upload a seperate design. i guess maybe create a seperate template and only add the SKU for those particular products?

Do you need to enter a SKU in order for it to be sent to Printify? I don't have SKUs on Etsy for my personalized items as I have to manually edit the names before importing to Printify and didn't want them to automatically route to Printify.

I am following each and every step. Please guide us on making return policy and other basic configurations on etsy.

I have a Printify account but I just signed up for MY DESIGNS in order to upload the listings much faster, however, they do not work with Printify, but directly with some providers and they are about to partner with the best printify provider that is Monster digital. Do you plan to implement Hello Custom in MY DESIGNS??

Thank you for coming up with this ingenious app! Hopefully you’ll be able to add more fonts and also add to other providers. I can only imagine how much work went into this. My son is a developer for IBM and he’s pretty impressed with what you’ve done.

In the sample design the name and date are both straight across. If the deaign has a name or number that is slanted and fit into something like a heart, will the software be able to still read and enter the informative correctly?

I cannot wait to get started with it. Just to be clear, for now, text has to be kept simple, no curves, no different colors within the text letters/numbers, needs to be within a graphic to work, good for 1 Etsy shop at this point in time? What other limitations are there with this tool at this time? Thanks Stephen!

This looks great, but I wonder about customization with color patterns throughout words, where every other letter in a customized word is a different color. Does it accommodate this?

Hi. I am a guy from Norway trying to start up a Etsy Shop. In your videos you are talking about Printify as the print provider. I use Gelato. Do u know how/if personalization work with them. I want to ship Worldwide, that's why I use Gelato.

Great job on the series. One comment though, I have many questions of the same questions as comments below but you do not answer most of them. This is a very important part of your videos as it helps to understand your content, please answer the questions you get and not only say thanks for compliments.

I have a question. I've gone back and forth as to whether I should have different Etsy shops depending on what's being sold. The Etsy shop I've had the longest I sell Cash Envelopes. I've recently added a few digital products and register for the envelopes themselves. What I'm unsure about is if I'd like to sell digital products that aren't cash envelope related and then also doing POD products. I've had conflicting answers as to whether having all of these products in one shop or if I have my initial shop stay as my cash envelope shop, then do the digital products in shop, and the POD in a third shop. What is the best way to do this?

Question on the upload pdf. If I have 2 text colors (black font for white shirt, white font for colored shirts) should I upload both designs or do you just need one?

When I get personalized orders, many customers include personal messages and other info in the etsy personalization box, not just the custom text. how does hello custom know what part to put on my design?

I've watched the 1st 5 of your videos. They have been great. I've tried following instructional videos from other Etsy you tubers and they frequently gloss over something or move so fast I can not follow their instructions. I end up spending a lot of time trying to discover exactly which selection they were talking. When I finally get it correct I've tried so many selections, I forget which one actually worked for me.

Has anyone managed to operate this yet? I'm really struggling. When I save my design on Canva as a PDF then upload it onto Hello Custom, it selects the whole design, not just the text box that I want to personalise. I've tried going back into canva and unlocking it, locking it, I've tried everything I can but each time I upload it onto Hello Custom I can only select the entire design, not just the text. Anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong please?

So does this only work with Printify? What about Printful? Im in UK and Printify do not have enough products available for europe so I find Printful better for me.

Hello!! I need some help!! My hello customs does not want to work properly! I have downloaded the PDF of my design made with Kittl And 2 things. Either it does not load the design Or it does but when I try to select the area that will be personalized of my design it chooses the whole design!!! Please help!!! I like the idea, looks game changing. However, the cost per graphic seems like a lot. I'd like clarification. The cost per graphic, is that per Template saved no matter how many times it is edited and purchased,, or per submitted order, so repeat cost everytime someone buys that design??

I have had a pretty frustrating experience today trying to get my products onto Hello Custom. There is no help button or any way to find out how to manage the interface.The first problem I encountered was when I uploaded the pdf, it didn't separate the text. I never could get the first image to work. Then I found you didn't have fonts that matched Canva fonts. I finally figured out what to do to upload the fonts I designed into my designs. But your uploader only works intermittently and there are no instructions to follow. I'm about to give up. I spent all day on this and it should have taken 2 hours to get everything formatted. Is there a size limit on the font uploaded? There's nothing anywhere to give me a clue how to solve any of the issues. Do you have a customer care team?

I tried to use Hello Custom and it said that it doesn’t support more than one form of customization when I was only using one form. Is there someone that can help me with this?

Are we entering the SKUs that Printify generates for each color and size? If yes, then that sounds tedious.

Only works us, printify us based, everbee stuck at USD for currency and setting up printify in the uk is not as simple nor is etsy, there's other settings you need to take into account and setup for tax reasons and if you're not sure what you're doing...Great for us based but others unfortunately not :)

I've uploaded and saved two products, saved them as drafts. Now I've gone back to the template area and they are nowhere to be found. I tried to upload these items again and once I tried to pair them with the Etsy listing, the SKU is ghosted out. Now what do I do? Can you tell me where your customer care link is, please???
