Thanks my friend. I'm REALLY glad you enjoyed the trip. The moose and sheep really made a good show for me. There was actually two moose fighting. I could hear their antlers crashing together from the other side of the valley. Sadly though, I couldn't get a good view to put it to video.. Winter seems to be coming early this year. In the UK we've had torrential rain for like a week and loads of storms before that and even a tornado, which is very rare here. I much prefer it to hot temps though.

I pulled out the wool watch cap on the way back. I could have used my wool gloves but I got on OK with my leather trail gloves as long as I was moving. I had the wool ones in my ruck.

I was almost stupid enough not to bring my balaclava too but then I remember how different the weather can be up there😆 Also, glad that you saw the pics I shared! I really needed that small hike, even if it wasn’t anything special… it’s meditation for me!
