Great video as always! I truly feel like our education system needs a huge refresh! The way you speak about our cycles is so true, but we were never taught these things. Obviously, i will teach my daughter all about it when she’s old enough, but sadly, not everyone is aware.

I just started a note in my phone for Jessis Tips! I drink black tea and have been doing grassfed collagen and few drops of vanilla. I love how you are getting so much more protein in this. I’m going to try it! ❤ Going to go dry brush now too. Also, I have done tappin* with talking to the Lord and it’s awesome! “Lord, I’m feeling frustrated with X….” While tapping like you taught. Thank you for this video. I went to the dentist the other day and the dr said that the cavity is not small but its not large either and he said my bones, gums and enamels healthy. but he warned me not to wait too long before coming back to get a filling which im trying to avoid..... How do i know if my cavity is getting better? Im just afraid that that the tooth underneath is getting worst and i'll have no idea till it gets bad. Ive been in the process of remineralizing 3-4 times a day faithfully with xylitol, bentonite clay, Himalayan salt, chlorophyll, and various herbs that I've been brushing and oil pulling with. Its been now 3 days ( i know its not much time) but what are some signs in the tooth that ill see? as of now i dont see any change with the black lines. Thank you
