I hate it when people tie these belts. They have a buckle for a reason. And if it doesn't have a buckle either get one and put it on or get a new fabric belt which has a buckle. The wrinkles look really ugly when tied.
very nice, fits you well- this would be in the class of police/detective style trench coats- a bit on the fancy side but the coat is above the knees which allows you to run after suspects. I have a long trench coat and an above the knee police trench coat which is very plain and has covered buttons and no straps, that way it don't get caught on things.
According to the google search engine, it appears that a 100% authentic burberry trench coat would cost about 2,500 dollars, if I am not wrong. Just make sure that you buy it from a actual store.
The coat stretched out - it's perfect, still going strong after 5 years. I think it's the perfect length for me (mid-length). It's too bad they don't sell the Sandringham anymore.
ah, I can't believe I never thought to tie my trench at the back like this. you get the benefits of a cleaner front and a sharper silhouette. very cool
Sorry dude, it’s way too tight. You should be able to wear a trench coat over a suit jacket or sport coat. Yours looks stretched over just a shirt. Trench coats are not meant to be “slim fit”.
Disagree - it's the perfect size. Plus, the coat stretches out 2 sizes up when you wear it enough. It definitely stretched out , just like the Sales Associated mentioned it would.
Hi, you mentioned that the store ordered a brand new coat for you. Did you have any concerns buying the Coats they already had in store? I want to buy one next Month but im unsure now wheter to buy it from a store or online? Would be nice if you could reply. Ty
Hi, the department store (Holt Renfrew) ordered me a new coat because they didn't have my size in store. I have no issues with buying in store as long as the fit is right. That's what's important.
I'm a bit worried, someone sent me a 54 as a present as we speak. We're the same height, but I'm 20 pounds heavier... I hope the 54 will not be too big.
Keep in mind the coat will stretch out over time. If it's just a bit tight, I wouldn't worry too much. I could wear a fleece underneath this jacket now and not feel uncomfortable.
Would love this if I could afford it. I'd save up, but unfortunately I need to pay off some remaining debt while saving for a move, and saving for a down payment on a car. Maybe I'll add my tax refund and holiday money-gifts to a savings for one of these.
