This Friberg model is still one of the most beautiful, modern and well-designed homes I have seen and at 6379 SQ FT for $750k it is a "Dream Home" for sure!!! Even though this video walkthrough is 3+ years ago, it still "Beats" these overpriced custom homes here in Los Angeles, California any day, week, month or year! Makes me want to move to Lehi, Utah. I always have to review this walkthrough whenever I want some architectural motivation and inspiration! Love this home model!
Add $10,000 for window treatments for all those windows. (materials and labor). Add $15-$20,000 to enclose the backyard with a fence and gates. Factor in the bill for watering that lawn. Plus, the EPA reports that gas stoves emit dangerous levels of methane even when they’re off. Need to upgrade to induction. MUCH safer. Plus the house will probably need radon abatement. Soft water system and water filtration for the unhealthy high metal content of that area. So basically add $40,000 to price of this home.
All of these homes are starting to look alike. All the models have the same setup, the same style bedroom. If you been in one you seen 70% of the designs of most models and that goes for Toll Brothers, Icon and the rest of the home designers!
