I can't get over the lack of outdoor privacy for these beautiful homes. The Toll Brothers Farmhouse is still my favorite but this was nice in a different way. While the design seemed a bit fancy I LOVED the cabinetry along with the blush pinks and greens. Not always a fan of green decor but the color combination was beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful 🤩. The only thing I don’t like is the open backyard. There’s no privacy. I don’t like that is easy access to get into your backyard/ side of your house.

Beautiful finishes but for the size it should have one more bedroom and every bedroom should be en suite. Would have been nice to have a gym too. Not a fan of how all the secondary bedrooms are in the basement either.

So all the other bedrooms besides the Master are in the basement. 1.5 million for all the bedrooms in the basement? I know the video missed the first room to the left of the front door as you enter so I am just wanting to make certain it didn't miss any of the other bedrooms on the main floor. The house is beautiful but 1.5 mil for all the bedrooms to be in the basement. Maybe is a Utah thing, I lived in American Fort when I was like 8 yrs old, so a very long time ago.

CWD G the master is on the main and there was an office to the left when you enter but it was being used for the sales office.

9:55 eck on the wall paper. 12:21 ugly floor tile and mirrors and lite fixtures. I'd settle for just white tile on the walls; most people like it but I am not a huge fan of marble... 13:52 second time I've seen one of these, what are they called? 19:33 if it floods, all the water is coming in through that window... Other than that I like the layout. It does remind me of my grandma's house.
