I have to say these homes are simply beautiful. I may never buy one but I find watching so therapeutic! And your commentary is so professional but not stuffy and boring or like some of the others where everything is just "wow". You really know your stuff. And you break it down wonderfully. You describe the textiles perfectly. I'm even learning alot about "open concepts" different types of tiles and fixtures!!

Tonya Lowther I know right?!! Fernando is the best. I’ve truly never seen a realtor before in my 48 years of life sound so professional with a smooth voice. I find myself watching all Fernando’s clips when there is nothing good or positive to watch on tv these days. Fernando’s videos are definitely therapeutic!! It really is beautifulness throughout the house; although by the house 🎥 video show my favorites were the kitchen area, the wood ceiling and its lighting, the wood flooring and the exposed stone wall inside the house is beautiful.😙

The Toll Brothers have some great design and layout features. I like all the windows, but otherwise, I don’t like all the glass because it’s a TOTAL PAIN to clean and to keep clean. I also don’t like the built-in microwaves because they never seem to be located at a good height. Also, if the microwave breaks, it’s a hassle to take out and replace.
