I did my makeup for my own wedding and for several of my friends and I have some product recommendations!! 🩷 •Primer: Elf Power Grip Primer •Foundation: Estée Lauder double wear (not drugstore but so worth it!) •Setting Spray: Urban Decay All Nighter (not drugstore but AMAZING!) •Not a specific product, but I’d highly recommend using an eyeshadow primer! The Lord loves you Taylor, so much. Always trust in Him even when you cannot pray...just raising your mind and heart to Him is a very simple prayer and you can ask Him to help you pray. I will pray for you
As an introvert I can confirm it’ll feel like no one else is there when you see your husband down the aisle and say your vows at the ceremony! Also it’s great you realize that no one is really gonna be caught up in your wedding day details after the wedding so definitely not worth stressing about when possible! I’ve been married almost 2 years and if anyone talks about my wedding day, they talk about how wonderful and emotional the ceremony was, not about the venue, decorations, etc. It’s definitely about creating a union between you and your husband with God at the center of it and not about the day itself! ✝️💕

Congrats on beginning your wedding planning!! For setting spray, I love colourpop’s pretty fresh! I live in a very humid and hot area and it helps my makeup last so so long. Allie Glines on youtube has some great recommendations for drugstore makeup🙂
Okay, now that I have *some* sleep in me, I just wanted to say that I was thinking about your praying life. I've struggled with consistency in my life before. The two things that have helped are that my mom used to pray with me every morning before I left for school, and now I pray every morning with my husband before he leaves for work. Make it part of your morning routine (coffee lol) and just take 2-5 minutes to just thank God, ask Him for your provisions, confess anything to Him, and then just ask for His guidance over the day and to walk with you and give wisdom, understanding, and discernment. Congrats on your engagement! Brings me back to mine, my hubby and I got married in my parent’s backyard and it was so nice. Wanted to keep it small cause it was back in 2020. Door County is a perfect setting for a wedding can’t wait to see it ❤

I loved your make up and also the beautiful veil that was Ashley's. I know you'll wear it in your style and in your way. Getting married at the cabin is so nice and will be so unique and something to remember for you and Isaac. I know that you will keep Christ in your wedding. I've sung for many weddings over many years and one thing that really brings people together is lighting a candle. It's a kind of older but beautiful tradition. I sang for a semi nautical wedding several years ago. The guy was a fisherman and was constantly on the water. That couple was in his boat all the time. They actually lit a beautiful sand candle. It was gorgeous! I'll pray that you will make your wedding day about the Lord and His love for you two!
