Hey man. Excellent video! I am very interested in how you use the apple vision pro for real benefits. All I have seen so far is people taking their screens with them everywhere they go - which is not what I want in life.
Birks are not soft like memory foam. They do confirm to your feet over time, but the soles are pretty hard in my experience. Nothing like walking on memory foam.
I have a saever flat foot case. All the recommendation is also good for me? Even the flat foot? I will be glad if you will make a video for people like me
Hmmm, impact force is the same which should be obvious? The max cushion shoe absorbs the the impact force it doesn't diminish it. The study you referenced is correct but you are drawing the wrong conclusions. Try running 100 miles a week in barefoot shoes. I know a couple runners that switched from barefoot to max cushioned shoes out of desperation. The performance improvements for them were huge and got better with time (able to train harder). To each his own but lets be real. If you are casual runner with terrible form and injured all the time. Might be a great fit. They force runners to fix their form and this is a good thing for most.
I have performed deadlift of 20kg for 12 reps... 3 days after i am getting lower back pain. Please help me anyone 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏its been 36days pain is not reduced
I think this video might hold a bit more credibility if they were shown in actual winter conditions. Try 2 feet of snow and minus temperatures. Only the Xero seemed like it would handle the temperatures and I know Xeros are much too narrow for me. None of these boots seem to have the height to handle any "real" snow unfortunately.
accidentally bought barefoot shoes a couple years ago. (had no idea what they were). never gone back to "normal" shoes again, its the best shoes i've ever had
