You keep saying should wipe off, suppose to . All very convincing in a friendly way but zero facts just testimonials from the same people who don’t understand all the terminology. The best description is psychological mumble jumbo. Consumer reports tested this type of device decades ago and found no benefit. The Navy has regulations forbidding the purchase and installation of non chemical water treatment devices. They provide some obscure lab report from Romania, or China as their bonafide proof.
Gosh! I can’t thank you enough for doing all this!!! Im getting crazy about our clothes especially the white ones 🙄🙄🙄 getting darker and leave spots! Even the brand new ones, I was so frustrated!!! Tried baking soda and vinegar at 90*C but to no luck it still doesn’t make our whites that clean! And im upset im a little OC on cleanliness over everything! Thankfully I was searching on google and this vid popped out, and I clicked it! I had to open our WM like you did and cleaned the way you did! 🙌🏼😌 wooohooooh! Success!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 thank you again! 👊🏼👌🏼🫶🏻
not trying to be rude but that printer has so many problems you have to constantly upgrade it for it to work at the proper level. The upgrades that you have to put in add up to more than $250 so I would say to get the ender 3 V2 Neo for 179 on amazon if you want to stay with creality or you can get a elegoo neptune 3 pro for $160
No apologies needed! As long as the plumbing in your house is in good condition, your pipes will be okay! It will increase the pressure in the line, but it's very unlikely to do damage. Congrats on being a new homeowner!!
U r probably getting lots of common tips but another is that glow in the dark filament can tear up your nozzle pretty easily, or so I’ve heard. Just figured I’d point it out
Yes it has held up well. I left something on it with a metal base and it left a rust stain, but otherwise it's doing very well. It didn't take me long to do so I might do another quick coat in the near future to cover the rust stain. Have a good one!
Hmmm that's tough. I imagine it must be just a little residual that was hard to get to during the cleaning. Have you run a few loads to try to flush it? I do remember that we had one or two loads after with a little, but then it disappeared. A few months later, we got a water softener, and fortunately it hasn't returned since. Knock on wood!
@@HandzforHire so after several more washes with Afresh, I went ahead and did laundry with clothes and there’s no more residue thankfully! Thanks for your reply!
How to avoid this? 1. STOP USING FABRC CONDITIONER! - yes it makes clothes smell nice, but it combines with detergent and is the main source of this issue 2. Leave your machine door and detergent drawers open - let air circulate in there, it allows it to dry out better, preventing mould and gunk issues 3. Once a month, use the HOTTEST possible wash cycle with bleach, vinegar or something else that can help to eliminate soap scum, bacteria, mould and other kinds of build up Modern machines use less water, so the issue isn't the machine it is the user, and how they need to better use the machine to prevent this kind of issue I use a front loading machine (in the UK they are much more popular), and using very similar techniques, I have ZERO issues with any kind of odours, build up or deposits from my washing machine, because I am aware of the potential issues If somewhere is left to be wet for too long, it becomes gungy and yucky, if somewhere is allowed to have too much soap or other products left sitting around on it it attracts mould and gunk, your washing machine is no different, and it needs proper attention and care to prevent this People throw out washing machines that are otherwise perfectly fine, they are just disgusting because people haven't got basic knowledge
This is good insight. We have never used fabric softener... ever, and we always leave the washing machine door and detergent drawer open. We never did number 3 until this issue happened. In addition, I think a lot of our issue was extremely hard water... 500 ppm and that just gunked everything up over time. A few months after making this video, we installed a water softener and haven't had an issue since.
You needed to take the metal piece on the bottom that the drum bolts to. It will be the dirtiest thing on the underside of it. You missed a big part of cleaning it.
Yes, unless the battery still has some juice. I'd shut it down to replace, but you don't want to turn off long term for your safety. Also shutting off that circuit might kill some outlets or lights that are on the same circuit.
Awesome! MDF is perfect, but my Home Depot was out when I did this project. Instead of being patient or driving around to other stores, I just bought the lumber there. Glad it worked out for you!
I just finished descaling my tankless water heater. I let it run for about an hour. When I went out to shut it down the water very warm, almost hot. Is that normal? I had the power to the heat turned off.
I think that's fairly normal. Essentially you're combining vinegar with calcium carbonate (hard water deposits) and the chemical reaction produces calcium acetate, water, and carbon dioxide with heat. This released heat will accumulate as it loops through the tankless water heater for an hour. Mine is pretty warm too when I do it. The only other question I can think of is... did your pump stay primed the whole time? Sometimes if not enough vinegar is used, and if a pump loses prime, vinegar inside the pump casing can get very hot due to friction from the impeller.
@@HandzforHire Thanks for getting back to me. I didn’t use the vinegar solution. I used a product recommended by the manufacturer. I did that because they warranted my last heater that failed after 3 years. As far as I know the pump stayed primed the whole time, but couldn’t say for sure. I walked away and forgot about it. It may have ran closer to an hour and half. I didn’t check, but the pump may have gotten hot. It sounds like it just be normal. Thanks again for getting back to me. Great video by the way!
If its flat paint you can do this. Paint with a sheen you need to paint whole wall. Almost all paint has a sheen these days cuz you can't wash anything off flat paint
Love this video I’m actually doing this right now my room is 16x10 so very similar only thing is having an issue with the numbers I’m bad at math lol help please
