For sure gen 3. Gen 4 feels like pokemon home. Very sterile and boring. The colors feel less vivid. The shapes are less alluring. They feels like the details you provide an animator so they can stay on model. This is so boring to me. The only ones being off model show more of the animators and creators personality. This is the general issue with pokemon moving on. No longer are the models made by the creators of it. NO longer to they have to use their own inputs. It is mass produced vs artisan.
I remember getting a Keldo on my child hood copy of Y and I was so amazed at it since i was a kid. I had no idea it was a hacked keldo until this year.
Honestly hacked Pokémon is Just, stupid,if I’ve gotten Traded so Many of Them,i just Take the held Item off,And release It,They never Want to Shiny hunt The legitimate Way,it Kinda ruins The game and Trades in My opinion
The only Pokemon I've gotten genned for myself were a Zacian and non-Galarian Slowking for the Pokedex in Shield, and that's all. Both for free from a certain genning service on Twitch. Also, I've hoarded ones that I've gotten from Surprise Trade and moved a genned Blastoise to Brilliant Diamond. Home interestingly gives an error message any time I try to move it out of Brilliant Diamond, but not for any other Pokemon.
8:18 I never understood why people used these services, especially now knowing the prices. It’s beyond easy to get shinies at this point, and if you really need to gen something it’s even easier to do it yourself.
tbh idc about hacked pokemons i got like 4 from ultra sun and i never play online and i never trade them away as long i keep them in my pokemon home or gameplay(story i dont do online raids) game freak dont care so im cool
I wish hackers would stop trying to ruin the game they already ruined sword and shield these hackers give no f to people spend alot of time grinding for the shiny ✨ Pokémon people are grinding for legit purposes it not fair to all of the legitimate players who grinded and traded away their legit shinys this just makes me hate the hackers online also non stop hacked Pokémon in competitive
These predatory sale sites have been around since about X and Y. We've been vehemently against them since and always call them "admon." (Short for advertising Pokémon) Best way to combat them is to achieve their same level of broken (get yourself a discord bot and a cracked switch) and give away what these people are selling for free. Cus it's obvious that Nintendo (despite having several waves of bans for these greed mongers) isnt ever going to be able to stem the tide of these predatory sales.
Machumps is like, my archnemesis. I've made it a personal vendetta to get them shut down. I've not had success thus far. Appealing to Facebook over their illicit activities doesnt work. Appealing to Nintendo over breached ToS and intellectual property theft doesnt work, either. I'm glad you made the important point: these sites arent here scamming over adults desperate for shiny locks (If you're THAT desperate you've found out how to get your hands on them for free.) they're scamming children that dont know any better and that just doesnt sit right with me. Never has. Selling generated Pokemon is not honest work! Get a real job!
I’d love if someone could talk about the old Pokémon GTS DNS thing. Where you would put in a DNS code and when you logged onto the gts you’d receive a seemingly random Pokémon, it was a corner stone of my early Pokémon years but no one seems to ever mention it and no one has ever done an “explained” style video on it (that I’ve found)
You don't actually need to buy anything, the tools they use are open source and available for download for free off the internet. There's even a bunch of groups that already have the tool set up and you can just do it for free. The scummy people who create these stores are literally leeching off trainers who are unaware of what's going on or how it works.
If the mons have a special Pokeball; I keep them for breeding legitimate pairs then release them permanently. If it's caught in a regular ball; they get Thanos Snapped immediately.
Reminds me of Adventure Snivy on gen7 GTS that would cause the 3DS freeze..and now the scam is on WonderTrade because GTS (as far as I know I don't own a Switch) doesn't exist so the only way to scam people now is WT and hacked raids which is crazy.
Hey, I'm the owner of NinVendor (aka PokeVend). Thanks for the feedback, just wanted to address a few things. When it comes to pricing, they’re based on market rates-some stores charge a lot more than I do. Setting up everything-from the trade bots to the customizations and the website-took me months of work, and since I’m running this whole thing by myself, that factors into the pricing as well. 13:20 - those bundle discounts are legit. If you compare the individual product prices to the bundles, you’ll definitely see the difference 16:27 - the bots are programmed to avoid trading any illegal Pokémon, and even if they weren’t, the game itself blocks any illegal trades. In the rare chance something couldn’t be delivered, I’d offer a refund. I know you need the clickbait title, but I appreciate you at least being honest in the video itself and avoiding calling it a scam-because it’s not
I don't play many games anymore, but even back when I did I never played competitively because of how much time it takes to just make a good team, and then how much more time you have to invest to make alterations or new teams which can be a necessity often... So I never played much because it's just not feasible for many people that can't play video games hours per day. I wish pokemon gave you an option to play competitively like pokemon showdown. Make the campaign more grindy for bragging rights, maybe make a competition to show off your pokemon with leaderboards in some way, or to allow raid battles and other reasons that breeding would be used other than shinies... But then also make a competitive multiplayer that you can either build teams super easily and free, or a method to work your way up in multiplayer to make it easier and easier the more you progress so you can work up the ability to make teams easily the more you play. But this is game freak we're talking about, they're lazy as hell and we won't see much improvement in anything for a while. Hopefully AZ will be good at least at the foundation, not just copy paste and little effort put in with shitty performance.
These people have been around since X and Y and it was a huge problem back then too. Still as recent as just before the PSN shutdown I received tons of genned pokémon with URLs as their name, so much so that I made boxes with legitimate rare and niche Pokémon holding a valuable item, wondertraded them for a genned Pokémon so I could release it, because fuck your stupid ads, that's why.
What angers me the most about those Mons is that they're actually charging for them. The console hacking community comes up with such software (Mons generators) for the pure sake of the fun doing it, also I'm a programmer myself, I totally understand the fun you could have breaking down such system and the challenge that comes along. But then they release everything for free, there's not even a little of gatekeeping. You want an hacked Mon for yourself? Sure, go on, repo's there, but for the love of god don't flood the actual in-game system or straight up scam people. Do you work 12 hours a day and want that damn shiny lechonk but have been unlucky for a week straight? I won't judge you, just generate it BUT KEEP IT FOR YOURSELF. After all, who am I to say anything to someone who just want a rolling chonky shiny pig?
I remember getting a Pokémon generator software when Nintendo DS games where popular. You build your Pokémon and it generated an Action Replay code you can use to get your Pokémon and as many as you want. It was pretty rad. I wish I could use those on modern consoles.
if you what to grind ladder with a decent team and you are casual you nead like 1 month to full build a competitive team, it is impossible to stay in the meta like that, cheating pokemon is essential in ladder, and use the free versions, there are
