12:06 I don't understand this. Olay Regenerist has retinol already in it. I would assume using another retinol with it would be going a little overboard with the retinol and probably cause irritation, flaking, and dryness.

I have seen that the littlextrea riceberry vitamin c face serum gives my skin more glowing and evens out my pale skin tone. It also diminished my fine lines. Now I use it consistently in my skin care routine. One more thing I noticed is that it speeds up wounds like scratches or marks from blemishes heal faster. In the AM, before going to the office, I apply rice berry sunscreen and moisturizer on top of the face serum. Before this, I used decontrcts serum, but it didn't give me any good results. Now I'm super happy with my new skin care routine, and I intend to stick with it for a long time.
My problem with that is, that my skin always breaks out when k use that much sunscreen or even moisturiser. It reacts to everything to oily, bug without it it’s dry.
My skin barrier is constantly damaged and sensitive. One mistake and I will burn for days. It’s so hard and annoying. This week, I got burned once, and had a rash once. Both in different days from different products. I got burnt from Laroche Posay B5 baum ! And I am treating it by using Aveeno calm and restore serum and avene cicalfate, and then covering it with aquaphor. If anyone has any other suggestions to add to calm my skin. Please I am really looking. I want ceramides and squalane oil in a cream. I am actively looking. And if it has peptides added I will be satisfied.
Yay! Thanks for at last doing this. I've been using the Littellexttra rice berry vitamin C face serum for about a week and a half maybe 2 weeks. However I like it pretty well, I have noticed a small improvement in my darker acne scars. I use it at PM following using rice berry face cleanser and then layer with the neutrogena skin moisturizer on top. It's good. It's mine so I'm gonna use it up, and maybe consistency will be key and enhanced hydration never hurt anybody.
Can someone help me I ruined my skin by applying glycolic acid in my knees elbows and bikini area my skin used to be light but I decided to apply it. I put it on at night and right away the area I put it on darkened😔 idk what to do but im very insecure now and i wish i found something or anything to help. Im 15 years old aswell

Slugging should not be done with active ingredients like adapalene, retinoids, vit c, AHA's or BHA's as it seals in those ingredients underneath. It will most likely lead to more irritation which defeats the whole purpose of slugging in the first place.

I am 73 and experienced hair thinning basically all over but more noticible at the sides of my head. Purchased an IRestore helmet and use it religiously every other day. It has been 5 months now have not noticed any inprovement. So disappointing but will continue to use forever. Sigh.
Two things I'm wondering if you can comment on--1. how well do advanced filters work for preventing melasma? I'm reluctant to have my skin be the testing grounds, because that will cause a flare up I can't reverse! 2. How can we tell the Zinc oxide percentages on korean and japanese sunscreens? Or do you know for these specific sunscreens? That's one factor I've found helps with my melasma, and one of my hesitations from using them is that I have no idea what the zinc percentage is.
