"Direct Weather: Your Unfiltered Source for All Things Weather-Where Every Possibility Is Explored, So You Never Get Caught Off Guard."
Since my earliest memories, I've been captivated by the weather. From freezing moments in the snow to braving thunderstorms on the porch, my fascination with meteorological phenomena became a lifelong passion.
By the age of 12, my weather obsession had become borderline addictive. I delved into RU-vid videos, and in 2012, I decided to create content of my own. At such a young age, not many took me seriously, but that only fueled my determination to improve. I devoted myself to studying climate and meteorology, leveraging every resource available.
Now, at 23, my love for weather remains undiminished. I extend an invitation to join me on this ongoing journey of exploration and learning about the intricate world of weather.
In alabama we have alot of snow in like 2013 or 2010, 2011, 2014, 2017, 2018. Bring it on snow! I have a stronger ebike now so how you like me now when i milk the snow cow 😂😂😂
I enjoy your videos. I live 1 hour north of nyc. It's been dry in October. Do you see a greater chance in November and into winter for rain and snow? I do lawn service for a living so it's been stressful to say the least. Look forward to hearing from you.
According to the maps the upper Midwest never actually has a cool down. When the west is warm the upper Midwest is warm, when the east is warm the upper Midwest is warm.
We used to have this phenomenon in Virginia where water fell from the sky. I don’t think it was a dream. I remember it well. Sometimes in winter, the water was frozen into intricate flakes, which coated everything in white. What happened? Everything is wilting. The trees are going from green to brown to bare. WE NEED RAIN!
I know man this is unreal never seen it this dry and dusty here for this long normally it gets dry for a bit then rain comes but this is just never ending. That high pressure just will not move been over us for months 😔
Re:possible east coast tropical system…in 2012, T.S. Sandy Came along the East Coast and hooked a left turn northwestward, causing all kinds of mayhem for the mid and North Atlantic coasts. And yes, Sandy caused it to snow inland in the Appalachians. Sure, take it with a grain of salt but given the tropical situation this year, anything is possible! 😊
Central Ohio here our drought is severe again. We desperately need rain and cold. We need cold lots of cold, snow and ice please. My God. It is miserable the heat. The humidity has been so brutal.
I’m jealous that everyone gets to experience beautiful warm weather while here in Montana it’s already turning into winter. We already had the first snow of the season and even though temperatures have warmed slight since it won’t be long before the cold and snow is back. Next is week is forecasted to be significantly colder, highs in the mid to low 40s with lows in the 20s with chances of snow on Monday and Tuesday next week it looks like winter is already here I really hate winter! Crazy how the first days of this month felt like summer and now this month will end feeling like winter felt like we went from summer straight into winter!
I understand what you're saying. It might seem crazy, but if the tropical system you mentioned ended up causing snow, it would bring back memories of Hurricane Sandy for me. I wasn't there for the hurricane, but I've studied it and watched videos about it.😊
Give us a good dusting of snow Mother Nature here in Cowpens SC this winter , no major ice or sleet please but a nice snow that want rip power lines down an our neighbors in the mountains , I am praying for yall to get heaters-an more generators to help untill power can be restored to you all , since it’s gotten so cold at night an 70s in day time , that’s my prayer for as long as I see y’all in need ❤ mountain strong 💪
Lucky it was only 52 degrees today in the southwest of Montana not much sun most of the day I can feel in the air that winter is coming we already had our first snow of the season on October 17 it’s going to be much colder next week with chances of snow.
@@GG-vq6roI’m sure it is where I’m at the first half of October was beautiful. Most days it was warm weather in the 70s to low 80s with lots of sunshine but as soon as we enter the later half of October it quickly changed into winter weather, it was near 80 degrees on the 16th than the next day on the 17th it’s about 40 degrees colder and it’s snowing outside, it’s warmed up a little bit but not to the nice beautiful weather it was before the snowstorm. It’s only going to get worse next week shows only highs in the 40s and lows in the 20s with chances of snow on Monday and Tuesday Halloween also shows similar temperatures it’s looking like another white Halloween yet again. Crazy how the first days of October felt like summer and now it’s looking like the last days of October are going to feel like winter, the next few months are looking cold also felt like it went from summer straight into winter I really hate winter!
@punchfreneticallydot oh I hate winter too. I hope you still end up getting some nice warm days soon. I'm always confused by people who say they love winter. What is there to love about being stuck inside and high heating bills?
@@GG-vq6ro Couldn’t agree more I never got why so many that comment here like the winter either I really hate the cold and hate being stuck indoors because of it and I hate the high cost of heating. The warmest days on the forecast are Saturday and Sunday when the highs will warm into the low 60s before it cools significantly by Monday for the foreseeable future.
GFS has at least been consistent with this potential major hurricane since the 00z run from last night, and only the 12z run which still shows the system on the model that it heads safely out to sea well away from the US. Nonetheless, it's happened before where a tropical system produces mixed precipitation and snow on the backside with superstorm Sandy in 2012 being the last one to do so.
