Ì didn't watch the video and I'm not going to. The problem with Utd is that they are a broken club. Ten Hag, or any manager would not be able to fix it quickly and quickly is what Utd fans want. See, they have been spoonfed an era of dominance by Fergie, probably the greatest football manager of the modern era (and I spit those words as a Liverpool fan). Utd fans think they have a right to be the best, and I'm sure Liverpool fans of the 80's into the 90's thought the same. Thats where the rot starts, and the rot is a cancer that pervades everything. Utd fans and that twat Neville blame the owners, it's not their fault. they have appointed and paid some of the best managers in the game and have backed them with enormous sums of money on players. But the rot comes from the fans, who refuse to give any manager time before turning on them. Look at this seasons Utd squad, plenty of talent, ravaged by injuries, and Ten Hag unable to play a settled side for any length of time. How can any manager succeed with that? Klopp has also struggled with injury ravaged seasons. At one point we were playing a championship quality defence FFS. so to suggest Ten Hag isn't good enough is ludicrous. Give the man a few seasons to build, as Klopp got, and then judge him. Drop your entitlement and back your team and your manager, or you will be seen as plastic fans like the flag waving chavs, or worse, the spurs fans celebrating their own teams defeat when they had a chance of CL football, the pathetic tossers.
the level isn't what it used to be. it's man city, so the bar has been raised enormously over the last few years while in the making. we're in our ascendency and it'll be further than before. i've stopped listening to fans tv out of necessity to keep a clear head. have faith in mikel. he can see the path.
I'm a Liverpool fan since 1983 I admire fergie because May 2003 shud have been his last title because arsenal and Chelsea were ruthless.... united no title 2004 2005 2006 he shud have left / that wink by Ronaldo WC 2006 put Rooney off playing with Ronaldo but fergie fixed them both and told em not to F about ! THEN " THEN AUGUST 2006 TO 2009 UNITED WERE THE BEST I EVER SEEN AND YES BETTER THAN 1999 DEFINITELY
Thanks first of all a lot for a brilliant presentation. I just went through a selection of best Klopp memories in Your Voice, where so many fans agree on those most special moments, but even though some of them are about the team and the whole club and not just about Jürgen - none of them would have happened if he wasn't the manager. For me the magic 4 - 0 match against Barcelona is the greatest general moment, one of the most insane games of football ever, with Trent's and Origi's corner as an incredible climax. It's on top of the list even if winning the Premier League or Champions League are bigger achievements. Regardless, there's a good feeling that the almost supernatural spirit in that game wouldn't exist without Jürgen Klopp and his fundament of believing. Then there are those simply Klopp moments that never will be erased from memory, starting with him declaring 'I'm the normal one', followed by him solo invading the pitch to embrace Alisson because Origi had won the game against Everton in the very last minute, and when he lost his wedding ring on the pitch at Anfield, again out of pure joy. Then there is his tradition with three winning fist-bumps for the Kop. All together, how many have there been now? We're still counting. There are so many more to mention, but they are all a display of how he in the truest and most marvelous manner have managed to capture the very soul of Liverpool, Scousers, and the city's greatest football club. I'm so glad that Jürgen is a Red!
Guardiola surpasses this couch Ferguson,,,,, first season with Barcelona won everything ,,,, than with Bayer won few local titles and now with City just won everything and now on top of the premier league ,,,,,, and is much younger than Ferguson
As city fans, I also have great respect for Mikel Arteta as well. Best wish for him. Sports are supposed to be competitive, human can have unique dream and aspiration. Even if we lose the league because of Arteta, there's nothing to be blamed for except for our own mistakes and incompetency.
Just imagine Klopp's legacy if Pep never left Barcelona or Bayern. The only manager I have so much respect. Man could've joined the likes of Bayern, PSG, Barcelona, Madrid or City with whom he could've ruled European football. He's at the same level or perhaps better than pep for me
He’s an EPL merchant, he won a mere two European cups in some 30 years, and was himself too proud and arrogant to play for the FA cup, which hurt the prestige of club football’s oldest most iconic tournament
I've been a United supporter for nearly 40 years, over the years I've slowly removed my rose tinted glasses. When Ferguson took over from Big Ron, whose record at United was actually impressive, Liverpool were simply unstoppable. Had English clubs not been banned from Europe, they would have won more European Cups. Ferguson was bought in to knock Liverpool off their perch, to achieve that he had to wait until Liverpool imploded, it took 6 years. The reason why United became so successful was the creation of the Premier League, they became the richest club, they broke the transfer record on numerous occasions. The competition was weak in the early days of the Premiership, when competition arrived United struggled, Blackburn matched them financially and went onto win the league, Arsenal hired Wenger and United struggled against them, Mourinho at Chelsea, once again serious competition that United struggled against. Ferguson knew the writing was on the wall with Man City matching them financially, he knew he wouldn't be able to compete with Pep and Klopp. He left the team in a complete mess for when Moyes took over, and knew full well that he would struggle. As for his European record, he won 2 European Cups which is the same as Brian Clough. Only difference is Clough did it with Nottingham Forest. That's why for me Brian Clough is the greatest manager that has managed in this country.
For any one who was wondering...Man City, 54x Failure to provide accurate financial information 2009-10 to 2017-18.• 14x Failure to provide accurate details for player and manager payments from 2009-10 to 2017-18.• 5x Failure to comply with Uefa's rules including Financial Fair Play (FFP) 2013-14 to 2017-18.• 7x Breaching Premier League's PSR rules 2015-16 to 2017-18.• 35x Failure to co-operate with Premier League investigations December 2018 - Feb 2023.
This man picked Aston Villa as the most impressive team when they were bottom of the league and just got trashed 5-1 by Newcastle. Everyone laughed at him, but by last week all detractors went missing as Aston Villa clinched Top 4 in style beating Arsenal twice convincingly. SAF is special. ❤
I hate these new insta reels "united" fans for fuck sake, people hated Sir Alex Ferguson for 3 years since he won nothing but now he is sitting with 38 trophies. Support the Manager ten hag isn't a manager u see and think this guy doesn't know stuff he is a genius praised by all people he met
We shouldn't Sack this guy, this man will bring Glory to Man United...he has made mistakes too and im sure he knows that eventually he will see the error of his ways and stun rival fans that trolled him this season. GLORY GLORY MAM UNITED
I liked his man to man coaching and his authority over the squad as a manager. But his dominance in premier league didn't do anything much for english football. There wasn't much competition for him and United. Liverpool wasn't that consistent in league. Arsenal was the only competitive club and after 2004 Chelsea came into scene. But I always felt ever since klopp and pep came to premier league they raised the quality of football in English more manager with good tactical knowledge started to take over as English club coaches. For unai emery as Aston villa and de zerbi for Brighton some examples
Zero ball knowledge. Literally everything Pep is doing right now at City is a leaf out of Sir Alex’s book. That’s why Pep has hired Brian Kidd (Fergie’s right hand man) as part of his backroom staff at City. The idea of having 2 world class players in each position for rotation to being flexible in game with multiple tactics - it was all being done by Sir Alex before. Also the competition during Sir Alex’s era was the toughest (way tougher than what Pep and Klopp face right now). Between 2005-2009 for five years in a row an English club reached the UCL final whilst battling it out for the Premier League. Today City’s closed competition was a Europa League level Arteta and a tight budget Liverpool.
It's not true that he can't hold the ball. He can dribble (for the standards of his height and physique), make passes, hold the ball etc. Just look at his time at Dortmund. It's Pep that doesn't want him to receive the ball. In fact, he doesn't lose the ball often if not at all. Because he doesn't receive any passes at all. Most games he will end up with less than 10 touches. He is getti'g criticized for something he doesn't even have the opportunity to do. For the few passes he has received he actually shows he can do a decent job. His hold up play is not comparable to the likes of Drogba or Giroud but still ok.
Pep won’t be here forever like sir Alex. Eventually the momentum will swing and arteta has us in pole position to succeed . Shit to think that you need pep to leave but who are we kidding, without him city lose probably 10-15pts
Give ETH at least 2 more seasons. He's already clearly said he can't get his style into the club because of the players, and so he's had to go back to the drawing board. GIVE HIM MORE TIME. You can't compare him with the Peps and the Madrid managers - they inherited clubs that are already stinking rich AND already built to win smoothly. Our team was left in tatters because of ownership (look at the recent state of disrepair at Old Trafford) and because of rubbish managers (*cough* Moyes *cough* LVG *cough*) that bought shitty players with no character and left them. Some of them are still here today, as Mourinho said. It'll take more than 1-2 seasons to turn things around. Give ETH the stability he needs and is supposed to have and stop whining.
The Scottish production line that made english football what it is.Bill Shankley, Matt Busby, Dave McKay,Jock Stein, Bobby Moncur,George Graham, Kenny Dalgleish,The Aforementioned! But hey what do us Scott's Know about Football?
NO FFP + Broke singings records 6 damn times ! No competition back then like now ...just shut up and cut the hype ! he couldn't even beat Guardiola in 2 UCL finals in Wembley why the hype!
Ten Hag will silence so many people in the next few yewrs I cannot wait 😍😍😍 these waste RU-vid channels wanting click bait will be the next laughing stocks.
He hoarded the best young talents around the country, and when that no longer worked, he then bought some of the best players from other countries and when that didn’t work, he started paying refs… recipe for success
@@disobeytoday4685Howard Webb watching over his shoulder be like: 👀 2 UCLs in his entire career. Impressive, yes, but many other managers have done the same or better. He only dominated the league because he could pay refs. Most overrated manager ever And don’t start about Aberdeen beating Madrid. It was a tournament that teams we have never heard of won a few years before and after. It will be like Fulham beating Juventus in a conference league match. People make it sound more special that it really is One of the best ever? Yes. GOAT? No. Ancelotti, Zidane and Pep are all better and it’s not even subjective btw. Objectively better
@@disobeytoday4685 I don't use opinions... just facts... but hey, facts don't go in your favor so of course it sounds harsh... i respect ur support for Ferguson, people who only use their heart and don't use their brain
Alex ferguson was a joke of a manager, that should of been sacked by man utd in 1990, for being a total disaster He only started winning due to non lethal weapons he got hold off around then Microwaving the away dressing room at old trafford is not a thing that can be done in isolation anymore. Non lethal weapons use in sports is not a secret anymore, and it was the main reason for what alex ferguson did at man utd. He was not a good manager, he just had weapons to use on his opponants before others knew about them. He ran away from man utd when everyone knew his secret
