Welcome to LADB ! We create restoration videos ! Our mission is to entertain and to give you the opportunity to discover forgotten tools, with a focus on agricultural tools but not only ! Hopefully both at the same time !
Sometimes I like to come back to this video and watch it again. It was actually my introduction to the channel. I think when I started watching you guys, this video was only 6 months old at least. I've watched pretty much every video on this channel several times and eagerly await the next video! 😁😁😁
Someone just reposted this on Reddit, and I wanted to let you know I think the blade was put in backwards. The cutting surface is supposed to contact the plate. Great work!
What I love more and more about watching this channel is that every now and again ye swap positions so both Father and Son have a go at doing more! Love it!
Beautiful job on an antique machine that will last forever, it's just unfortunate that not many of us can afford huge chunks of meat to slice now-a-days . Nice show=piece never the less.
Be careful when working with Red, Yellow, or Orange old paint. The color may contain lead or other hazardous chemicals. I am pretty sure that is old paint. I noticed this on Veradona's channel as well. She has a lead testing kit.
Bonjour ! Super travail ! Je me permets une remarque; quand tu veux desserrer une vis grippée, ce n'est pas la vis que tu dois chauffer, c'est la pièce autour 🙂
I am kind of surprised that you don't use hollow ground screw drivers instead of the normal V ground ones. They help prevent the screw driver from popping out when turning since their sides are straight up and down
