I love all the creative solutions you guys come up with for repairing things that I would probably just figured weren't repairable! You guys have also shown that you don't need every fancy tool out there to repair things and restore them. For example a metal lathe, I think you have one now but you didn't have one for quite a while.
This is awesome. The attention to detail was great! I also like the colors and I had no idea that was how you sharpened graters. And now I kinda want carrot cake...
Greetings from Mississippi in the USA. My 20 year old daughter and I have been watching your videos together for years now and we look forward to every one. Outstanding work and love that your projects are always very interesting antique pieces we do not have here in America. Also that they usually include both wood and metal restoration. We were disappointed not to see Avril, but look forward to seeing him in the next video.
Appreciate that you welded the cast iron wheel with a stick welder and preheated it because that's the right way to do it because i see here on youtube almost everytime in a lot of restoration videos that they weld cast iron with a CO2 welder.
Una excelente restauración como siempre...increíble tu canal...me encantan tus vídeos porque aprendo muchísimo con ellos....vídeos muy divertidos y educativos😘😘😘
You made a lovely job of this one Bruno! It is now better than it was when it left the factory, I do not think you can buy etch primer here in France, it would make your job much easier, only downside to this is you will be eating grated carrots for months! Chris B.
I like your channel and try to watch all your new content on RU-vid. I think the reason that at least some don't subscribe is that they are watching it on a television and don't have the facility to like, subscribe and comment. My own opinion is that if one is watching content on television it should be an automatic like at the very least.
A little tip for gluing dowels. Take a pair of vise grip and squeeze the dowel along its length to leave teeth marks. This allows any excess glue in the hole has a way to escape. Otherwise pressure builds up and you can actually split the wood if it's thin enough along the grain. That's why dowels for woodworking have the flutes down them. Pressure relief.
Gosto muito dos seus vídeos. Você expõe seu trabalho, sua técnica e habilidade, sem teatralizações enfadonhas e ridículas. Parabéns ! 👏👏👏 Espero que a tradução seja correta. Boa sorte e sucesso ! 🇧🇷
Interesting that you demonstrated it with grating a carrot with that antique, I associate cheese being finely grated with that style of rotary grater ~ particularly parmesan cheese which I sprinkle on Italian meals
nice video as always, really enjoy seeing your videos. you an a couple of other channels inspired me and my 14yo son to start our channel. so far we only uploaded 1 video but have the next 5 planned.
