This is absolutely horrible. I had a syncope episode in Florida and got someone slightly at a red light and they immediately called the ambulance. What happened to the other officers why didn't they stop him.
Totally unacceptable. I've watched many, many of these DUI arrests and you can tell she was confused and in need of medical attention. He obviously has major issues, starting with withdrawls from Dunkin Donuts and Lithium is a bi polar medication so asking about being on both shows you he doesn’t know crap. What a jackass!!!

How in the hell is an officer supposed to know this woman has brain bleed? Realy, people. You've been watching too much Star Trek. No one has a scanner. I'll wager that most of the people who complain about police have had a DUI or constantly get parking tickets.You don't know what they face on behalf of law abiding citizens.
How could this trooper arrest this person for DUI without having a field sobriety test, breath analyzer test. This is just WRONG !!!! Trooper needs a desk job and off the streets. The woman said she was tired, feeling dizzy, incoherent, confused. Sounds more medical than what this trooper was accusing her of. I would have called for the paramedics. Brain bleeds are nothing to mess with on your own. Even if he did not know, her symptoms are out of his training and he should have called for a paramedic unit for his own well being. That trooper also has a attitude problem.
This cop should be fired. Totally incompetent! They should have got her checked out medically instead of screaming at her and roughing her up. You can tell that the second cop thought he was acting crazy too.
Apparently she ended laying in her own urine in a jail cell taunted by your trusted law enforcement employees. Finally recognized as a medical problem, surgery, 17 days hospitalized and brain injured to unemployment. With sobriety testing this case might have been very different and saved her brain mass. This incredible injustice included many other law enforcement so called professionals.
It’s happening now that is why this body cam is out in the public….they left her in a cell in her own urine for 27 hours mocking her and tainting her and when they finally realized something was wrong it was too late she had more than half her skull and part of the brain removed and is basically gone even though still living…sad horrible situation!
