One question, so if i just wanted to show off 2 step i can do it in neutral as long as i hold the clutch down. Asking because i dont want any accidental launch in 1st gear
@@emmanuelrauda9812 yes that’s correct you would be okay to do it in neutral, but the clutch being disengaged is required to activate launch control no matter what gear
Great video. I have an A6 c7 with the 3.0t which basically has the same dashboard as this. I need to replace the front parking buzzer which Is located in that area. Do you know where it is, exactly? Depending on your preferences, the S8 will come with the ZF8 and the RS drivetrain, the S7 will offer the dsg and sport back look, both offer great power and reliability so it’s all personal preference! I have always liked the look of the 7
Can anyone help me decide on which car to get? I’m looking for one that I can mod and get a lot of horse power, aswell as have fun speed too. The options I was looking at were the 2017 BMW 340ix, 2018 Audi S5, and the 2014 Audi RS5.
3 years ago, after some research, I too found those 2 OEM SKUs for dipsticks that do fit the 4.0T; I decided on the 079-115-611-R for my 2018 S7 mainly because it has TWO sealing O-rings!
Was considering doing the coil packs on my 2014 C7 RS6, but after watching this, i think I'll pay someone else to do it 😂 thanks for going through it, so we dont have to, dude

Dont waste your money on the billet ECS one thats says it fits a 4.0t..... it would not go down the tube of my 17 S7, only about a inch or so and i couldnt get it to go further, no matter the angle i tried...... Maybe fits other years *shrugs* thanks for this Part # Im old school and i need a physical dip stick lol

"Needle" on a spark plug is known as an electrode.. and if anything needing changing, looks like the coolant! And to open a gap if needed, that cheap autozpne tool works easy wonders for that 👌
The 4.0t doesn’t use MAF sensors but instead uses MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensors which work similarly. There is 3 in total, 1 on each diverter tube near the throttle body and 1 on the left side of the charge air cooler
Sorry but the Eventuri & ECS do not add any more proven dyno at all. I've researched this to death & while it may sound louder doesn't translate into extra HP in any form
This could be due to the fact that we’re in a higher gear while recording this video. If we were in neutral it would drop almost just as fast as it climbed
Sounds just like mine. Just how a proper German v8 should sound loud and aggressive. These cars are not meant to be quiet. They are German muscle cars.
